1. Trees will be protected as indicated above. A Tree Permit will be submitted to the Public Services Division for the protection, modification or removal of any trees on site and/or in the right-of-way. For trees that are to be protected on both public and private property, tree barriers will be installed at four (4) feet high and a minimum six (6) feet from the tree, using two (2) inch by four (4) inch wood stakes as supports, with a two (2) foot setback from edge of curb or pavement.
