Speakers Bureau Advertisement Flyer A new flyer to advertise the speaker s bureau was created and passed around. Jackie Wellborn was not able to attend so Shannon will discuss with her on how she would like this dispersed. Discuss who has privileges of receiving the Thymes Newsletter and Facebook requests. It was decided that access the Thymes newsletter, members only webpage, and emails from Shannon at the extension office are intended and privilege information to those who have committed there time to be a Master Gardener. It was also decided the blind carbon coping (BCC) on emails that are sent out is a good practice so that folks personal information is not forwarded on unless intended to. There have also been request for help from Master Gardener s offering payment if they could come do work usually manual labor. Master Gardeners are not allowed to receive payment as a volunteer so it is acceptable to turn these projects down and offer alternative resources for them.
