MY GOAL IS TO CREATE INTERIORS FOR MODERN LIVING THAT ARE INFORMED BY A CLASSIC PERSPECTIVE. MY DESIGN PHILOSOPHY IS ABOUT PUTTING TOGETHER A RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE HOME THAT REFLECTS YOUR OWN PARTICULAR LIFESTYLE AND PERSONALITY; WHERE FASHIONS AND TRENDS ARE NOTED BUT NOT FOLLOWED RIGOROUSLY, WHERE GOOD DESIGN IS ESSENTIAL. OVER THE YEARS HONEST MATERIALS, ARTFUL RECYCLING AND CHOOSING VINTAGE OVER NEWLY-MADE WAS MY RELAXED, SIMPLISTIC ATTITUDE TO INTERIOR DESIGN AND A PASSION FOR ANYTHING OLD OR ANTIQUE CHRISTIANA MASINA, INTERIOR DESIGNER KINGSFORD RESIDENCE WITH THREE SMALL CHILDREN, WHERE CAN THIS BUSY MUM AND DAD GO TO RELAX AND RECHARGE? Sunshine is a summer prerequisite, with an emphasis on recycled materials and a neutral palette, this is accompanied by that feeling of being able to open up this house and let the inside tumble out. There s no better way to tie a bunch of random pieces together. I love to unify furniture with different silhouettes. I am forever inspired by the coastal elegance of the Hamptons, New York and Paris. It s light and airy, casual yet stylish. That s the feeling I worked on to create this little slice of the Hamptons here. The decor is a haven of chic, Hamptons beach and vintage charm, with essential modern comforts. The finest natural, local materials blend with the natural colour scheme: a subtle harmony of cotton or blended textiles, distressed wood and whitewash. KENSINGTON BATHROOM BATHROOMS ARE RIGHT UP AT THE TOP OF THE LIST WITH KITCHENS AS THE BEST ROOMS IN THE HOUSE TO RENOVATE. When it comes to well-appointed bathrooms, it s not how much space you have that counts but how you make the most of it. We all dream of a beautiful bathroom at home that combines luxury, sophistication, glamour and practicality. A simple refresh was not possible here and a total rethink is what was ultimately needed to transition from drab to dramatic. Taking inspiration from the rich character and ornate ceiling detail, the design for this bathroom marries the simplicity and style of a classically timeless white palette with silver. Sparkly accents and cool metal finishes ensure that even the smallest space feels open and airy. The renovation of this existing bath offered an opportunity to carve out a little space designated for pampering, primping and rejuvenation. As the start of our client s day is frenetic, it was my hope that her evening rituals offer more time for her to enjoy the finer details of the bath design. DESIGN DEVINE SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

POHO FLOWERS STORE POTTS POINT THE PRIORITY FOR THIS PROJECT WAS TO CREATE A SPACE AS BEAUTIFUL AS THE FLOWERS THEMSELVES. This Florist in Sydney s exclusive Potts Point was awkward, outdated and in need of a total overhaul to get the rave reviews it deserved! Industrial pieces teamed with recycled timbers, fine marble and a natural palette, this look is the beauty of utility, which basks in the contrast. Pared back to the essentials, it showcases the beautiful interplay between pure form and function. It s unassuming, comfortable in its own skin and all the more chic.
