VERTINOX: THE RELIABLE HEART The boiler for hot sanitary water production is the heart of new installation for energy saving and the use of renewable energy sources. The heart must be efficient and reliable. The VERTINOX accumulators are the best solution for hot sanitary water production, entirely AISI 316 Chromium-Nickel-Molibdenum stainless steel made with heat exchangers with high exchanging surface and high potentiality. The processing of stainless steel is the symbol of the high technological values of Sile. The stainless steel AISI 316 is the universal material of the future to give concrete answers to the needs of environmental protection, product quality and safety of use. The high corrosion resistance, the excellent mechanical properties, the high degree of recyclability and hygiene of the surfaces confer to stainless steel the life cycle cost advantageous and long life; the final solution for the production of sanitary hot water in sustainably..

The solar accumulators VERTINOX BIM S2 mod. 230-300-600 Package are available in two versions: MS electronic solar board with display, one way pump group with 3 speed solar pump, flow regulator 8-28 l/min, solar safety valve, connection for expansion vessel, manometer, thermometer, non return valve, insulation box in EPP. MS 3V only pump group to couple with the boiler CONDENSA N3V provided with SOLARSYSTEM electronics for solar circuit management. Variations KIT R with external plates heat exchanger for the second energy source and stratification working. Special version for working with steam. On request the BIM S1 are available with heat exchanger working with low pressure steam 1 bar. KIT R plates heat exchanger kit for the second energy source and stratification working vers. MS3V vers. with KIT R 3

Fundamental aspects and advatages High heat exchange performance Spiral heat exchangers in stainless steel AISI 316 with large exchange surface allow to achieve high performance production of sanitary hot watyer even with reduced accumulations. Suitable for low temperature energy sources such as heat pumps ( (see technical data in the tables on page 6 and 7 with Dt 5 C and delivery average temperature 50 C) and condensing boilers Due to the high exchanging surface, the VERTINOX are the best solution for connection to heat pumps and condensing boilers to make installations aimed at energy sabvings and the exploitation of renewable energies. No other accumulator is so efficient in heat exchange and can provide comfort so high. Antilegionella function The fixed heat exchangers are suitably designed to heat the lower part of accumulation to ensure the function antilegionella. High corrosion resistance and long life The AISI 316 stainless steel provides high resistance to corrosion and long life. High quality construction The automatic welding in controlled atmosphere of Argon and the 100% of hydraulic testing of production at the end of processing ensure the product reliability. Hygiene of surfaces The hygiene of surfaces makes the stainless steel the better and safer technological solution for the production of sanitary hot water, as well as for domestic use, for hospital use, for food industry and for large kitchens. 4

Effective insulation, guarateed saving All accumulators have a significant and effective insulation of closed cell rigid polyurethane foam of 70 mm thick to ensure the conservation of heat for a long time. The insulation is produced by following the current regulations to the contribution of maintaining in the atmosphere of the protective layer of ozone. PVC cladding Class 1 fire reaction, grey color or enameled baked insulation. Removable insulation, perfect recycling The removable insulation facilitates the insertion of accumulators in areas with restricted access and makes the product fully recyclable at the end of its life cycle. Control panel as standard All accumulators are supplied with a control panel with thermometer, thermostat and two (mod S1) or three pockets (mod. S2) probe holder for any type of installation. Wide inspection hatchway The wide inspection hatchway allows the periodic cleaning of tanks that can be cleaned by any limestone formations also by means of acid according to the regulation in force without any risk of damage to the surfaces.
