OBSERVED GOOD HAND WASHING AND GLOVE USE BY STAFF, DISCUSSED THE IMPORTANCE OF LIMITING BARE HAND CONTACT WITH ALL READY TO EAT FOODS. DISCUSSED THE EMPLOYEE ILLNESS LOGS AND EXCLUDING EMPLOYEES SICK WITH SYMPTOMS OF VOMITING AND/OR DIARRHEA UNTIL 24 HOURS AFTER THEIR LAST SYMPTOM.
