Concept Narrative Brand new asset vehicle designed to take advantage of 1000 to 1500 sf urban inline spaces meant to introduce to the domestic market a sub-brand of the Taco Bell brand known as or Cantina for short. While the concept will utilize the current domestic menu structure, the intent is to tastefully pair any of the menu items with numerous varieties of artisan bottled beer, made available by the Cantina platform. All, including food preparation being showcased behind glass known as food theater. The very first test of the concept is a joint franchisee/company co-branding partnership scheduled for Chicago in the late Summer/early Fall of 2014. Concept 02-28-14
