The House is located on the Dead Sea shore and is planned to function fully through solar energy. Terminal and the Passenger Terminal traffic. A vital aspect was to separate the passenger traffic from cargo traffic and to separate departure from arrival passengers. In addition to that new buildings were added to the site and tender documents for the refurbishment of existing buildings and design and new gates and hangars were prepared. 11.15 SIGMA Strategic Plan 11.16 Aqaba Container Terminal Year: 2006 Client: CEO of SIGMA Consulting Engineers Main project features: Formulating a short and medium-term strategic plan which defined the core values, the companies' Vision and Mission. Strategic objectives were formulated and an action plan was designed in order to accomplish the set goals within the planned time frame. Positions held: Head of Committee 1. Reviewing previous committees recommendations; 2. Conducting meetings with key managers and stuff; 3. Studying the existing directives and the extent of implementation; 4. Assisting the need for a Quality Management System (SMS) such as ISO; 5. Finalizing the companies organisational chart; 6. Formulating sub-committees for employees saving fund and human resources. 7. Positions held: Urban Planner 1. Conducting site visits, surveys and analysis; 2. Arranging and attending meetings for all involved parties; 3. Submitting and presenting potential solutions for all site expansion; 4. Implementing the agreed-upon solution on detailed master plan and site works. 5. Preparation of tender documents. 6. Follow-up of Model work. Year: 1996-1997 (Phase One constructed) Location: Ma an- Jordan Client: Jordan Industrial Estates Corporation. Main project features: Completely new Industrial Estate in south province of Jordan, (8) kilometres east of the city of Ma an. The general layout of the project was planned in a manner so that it could be carried out into three phases of almost equal areas. The project was planned to have integrated services and infrastructure networks that can easily expand in the future. The main features are: 1. Administrative complex situated in phase (1) of the project with a total roof area of (2 075) m 2. 2. (122) Investment plots distributed over (9) investment sectors for phase (1) of the project, (152) investment plots distributed over (12) investment sectors for phase (2) of the project, and (91) investment plots distributed over (8) investment sectors for phase (3) of the project. 3. Integrated networks of primary and secondary roads of different widths with a total length of (15 357) m and a total paved area of (162 600) m 2 for all (3) Phases. 4. Integrated infrastructure networks (water, storm, sewerage, electricity, street lighting, communications and fire hydrants) for each phase of the project. 5. Main project features: Residential gated complex for the employees serving at Al- Sydeyeh Industrial Complex east of Ma'an City. General Layout Plan was organized taking under consideration the expected future extension. The detail design was made for the First Phase, which consist of (100) Residential Units. Three Building Types was designed each 122/ 145 / 168 m 2. Each two units were attached to each other building a semi detached System with a separate outdoor space. A School for girls with an area of (4 000) m 2 was designed using Building System No. (5) that was developed at RSS. A 45-m high water Tower with a capacity of (200) m 3 was located in the highest level available serves the Site with the necessary water demand. Additional Underground Water Reservoir with a capacity of (650) m 3 was designed to support the Water Storage. (45) hectare= (450 dunum, 450 000 m 2 ). Positions held: Urban Planner.
