CORPORATE PROFILE EESI ELEVATORS, INC. is a duly organized and existing corporation under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with principal office address at 634 Lourdes Street, San Antonio Valley 1, Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It was established on April 5, 2004. It is primarily engaged in the Sales, Installation, Service and Maintenance, Repair, Upgrading and Modernization, of any brand and all kinds of elevators, escalators, auto walks, conveyors, chairlifts/wheelchair lifts, dumbwaiters and the likes. It has the ability to supply parts and components of any brand in connection with or as may be required by its clientele in line with, and in the conduct of, its maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and modernization of elevator and escalator equipment, as well as in providing technical consultations and assistance to all kinds of vertical equipment. It has the ability to supply, and has provisions for, parts and accessories that is suited for all kinds of brands and makes for horizontal and vertical equipments. Its main objective is to provide products and services at a competitively low price yet of high quality service and standards that would be beneficial to its customers more particularly in terms of costs savings that they would be achievable in the bottom line. In addition, it can provide a yearly usage report to the building owner for the latter to be able to monitor the level of usage of the elevator/escalator units in that case, it would be determined whether or not changes need to be done in the maintenance procedures to equate with the possible increase or decrease in the use of each equipment. On top of these, it would render a yearly survey report relative to the performance and condition of the elevator/escalator equipment for the purpose of ascertaining if there is a need to upgrade or modernize the equipment so as to be compliant with the code of safety standards and worthiness. Buna O. Wong, Jr. has a total of about thirty (30) Years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry. Prior to the establishment of EESI Elevators, Inc., in 2004, he had Twenty (20) Years of experience in the field of elevator and escalator as he was then connected with Otis, Schindler and KONE Elevator Companies. Engr. Wong served as Service Manager of KPI Elevators, Inc. (a KONE Company) for Seven (7) years. He was then involved in the daily management of maintenance operations, which included among others, sales and marketing of various service sales packages, Repairs, Upgrading and Modernization of elevator and escalator equipment. New Elevator Sales Supervisor of Jardine-Schindler for Four (4) Years where he took charge in the sales of new elevator and escalator equipment. Project Engineer of Otis Philippines in 1983 and for a span of Nine (9) Years. He was involved in the Installation, Servicing, Maintenance Technician, and Repair and Modernization and New Sales of Otis elevators and escalators locally and abroad.
********** Service and Technical Manager Engr. Edgar B. Ibangga, on the other hand, has a total of Twenty-One (21) Years experience in the elevator and escalator industry. Fourteen (14) Years of which was when he was connected with KONE & Sabiem Elevator Companies, Twelve (12) Years with KPI Elevators, Inc., (a KONE Company) on top of his present managerial position with EESI Elevators, Inc. Engr. Ibangga has expertise in the servicing and repair of elevators and escalators, which included among others, installation and commissioning of Machine Room and Machine Less Types of Elevators Technology, and any and all brands of elevator and escalator. *********** Finance and Administration Manager, Ms. Sonia D.
