Master (Ma an Residential) Year: 2008-2009 (Under Construction) Location: Ma'an- Jordan Client: Ma'an Development Company Main project features: The preparation of a Detailed Master Plan for the Housing project located near Al-Hussein University, which has being designed by Halcrow as a conceptual master plan. Master (Madaba Industrial Estate) Year: 2008 (on-hold) Location: Madaba- Jordan, Client: Sorooh Investment Company Main project features: The project shall develop as a special site for light industries, IT, Packaging, logistics as well as training centres and research facilities for wide spectrum of Jordanian investors as well as the external entrepreneur of the region and abroad. It shall provide a unique industrial environment experience in the pleasant and mild climate and the exquisite topographic nature and foliage of Madaba. (49.5) hectare = (495 000 m 2 ). Site: 100 dunum= 100 000 m 2, Built-up area: 15 000 m 2. Positions held: Project Manager & Urban Planner & Architect. Conducting site visits, surveys and analysis. Detailed checking gates were designed including, roof, Kiosks and Catwalk. (500) dunum= (500 000 m 2, Built-up area: 500 m 2 ). Positions held: Project Manager & Urban Planner. 1. Architecture 3-Star Hotel Year: 2006 Client: AL-Rafidain Investment Company Main project features: Preparing conceptual and detailed drawings for a 3-Star Hotel Apartments and a suspended swimming pool on the roof. Total area is 11 000 m2. Location in Amman, Al Shareef Nasser Ben Jameel Street. Positions held: Project Manager and er. Site visit and analysis, Preparation of alternatives and conceptual design. Master Industrial Estate Year: 1996-1997 (Constructed) Location: Ramtha- Jordan Client: Jordan Industrial Estates Corporation Main project features: Urban design and detailed site works for the extension of the existing Industrial Estate in order to provide additional investment plots (400 000) m 2. Positions held: Urban Planner 1. Conducting site visits, surveys and analysis; 2. Arranging and attending meetings for all involved parties; 3. Year: 1996-1997 (Phase One constructed) Location: Ma an- Jordan Client: Jordan Industrial Estates Corporation Main project features: Completely new Industrial Estate in south province of Jordan, (8) kilometres east of the city of Ma an. The project was planned to have integrated services and infrastructure networks that can easily expand in the future. Page 8 of 14

Project main features are: 1. Administrative complex situated in phase (1) of the project with a total roof area of (2 075) m 2. 2. (122) Investment plots distributed over (9) investment sectors for phase (1) of the project, (152) investment plots distributed over (12) investment sectors for phase (2) of the project, and (91) investment plots distributed over (8) investment sectors for phase (3) of the project. 3. Integrated networks of primary and secondary roads of different widths with a total length of (15 357) m and a total paved area of (162 600) m 2 for all (3) Phases. 4. Integrated infrastructure networks (water, storm, sewerage, electricity, street lighting, communications and fire hydrants) for each phase of the project. 5. Activated sludge Extended Aeration wastewater treatment plant situated in the northeast part of the project where the dominant wind direction is western to southwestern. 6. 45-meter high reinforced concrete elevated water tank with a storage capacity of 450 m 3. 7. One reinforced concrete ground water reservoir for each phase of the project with a capacity of (1500) m 3. 8. Allocation of (23 700) m 2 in phase (1) of the project for main transformer station installation. 9. Allocation of (3 000) m 2 in phase (1) of the project for primary exchange construction. 10. Entrance gates to phase (1), (2) and phase (3). 11. Project total area (245) hectare (2 450 000 m 2 ). Positions held: Urban Planner & Architect. Conducting site visits, surveys and analysis; 1. 22. Urban Residential Compound Year: 1996 (Constructed) Location: Ma an City- Jordan Client: Jordan Phosphate Mines Company. Main project features: Residential gated complex for the employees serving at Al- Sydeyeh Industrial Complex east of Ma'an City. Master plan was made including detail design for Phase One, which consist of (100) Residential Units and a School. Three Building Types was designed each 122/ 145 / 168 m 2. A School for girls with an area of (4 000) m 2 was designed using Building System No. (5) which was developed at RSS. A 45-m high water Tower with a capacity of (200) m 3 was located in the highest level available serves the Site with the necessary water demand. Additional Underground Water Reservoir with a capacity of (650) m 3 was designed to support the Water Storage. (45) hectare= (450 dunum, 450 000 m 2 ). Positions held: Urban Planner. Publication (1-5) Builder- Owner Manual Year: Completed & Published Client: General Cooperation for Housing and Urban Development Main project features: The Citizen s Manuals for Building were published in 2003 and consists of (8) volumes, five of them were written by Dr. Murad Kalaldeh as Author with partial contribution of co-authors. This publication was designed in a simple way supported by text, figures and pictures that illustrate the various stages of design for family housing and ways of construction. These Volumes are: Volume (4): Site Selection and Engineering Drawings. Volume (5): Site Activities and Excavations Volume (6): Building Skeleton. Volume (7): Insulation Works and Finishes. Positions held: Author Writing texts, making drawings, taking pictures and editing the five volumes. In addition to that coordinating efforts of the co-authors and organizing committee meetings. 24. Architecture Villa T. Kalaldeh Year: 1991 & 2008 Client: er and Supervisor. Main project features: 600 m 2 located Amman- Dabooq. Family residence, & Supervision, Project was built and extension drawings were prepared in 2008 measuring 300 m 2. Positions held: Site visits and analysis. Preparation of concept design and presenting alternative solutions to meet the client s expectations supported with 3D illustrations. Preparation of detailed engineering drawings for the preferred alternative and following up with other specialities to finish the drawings for obtaining building permits and finalizing the drawings for construction. 25. Architecture Villa R. Dalabieh Year: 1990 Client: er and Supervisor. Main project features: 550 m 2 located Amman- Dabooq. Family residence, & Supervision, Project was built. Positions held: er and Supervisor. Site visits and analysis. Preparation of concept design and presenting alternative solutions to meet the client s expectations supported with 3D illustrations. Preparation of detailed engineering drawings for the preferred alternative and following up with other specialities to finish the drawings for obtaining building permits and finalizing the drawings for construction.
