Integrated networks of primary and secondary roads of different widths with a total length of (15 357) m and a total paved area of (162 600) m 2 for all (3) Phases. 4. Integrated infrastructure networks (water, storm, sewerage, electricity, street lighting, communications and fire hydrants) for each phase of the project. 5. Activated sludge Extended Aeration wastewater treatment plant situated in the northeast part of the project where the dominant wind direction is western to southwestern. 6. 45-meter high reinforced concrete elevated water tank with a storage capacity of 450 m 3. 7. One reinforced concrete ground water reservoir for each phase of the project with a capacity of (1500) m 3. 8. 22. Urban Residential Compound Year: 1996 (Constructed) Location: Ma an City- Jordan Client: Jordan Phosphate Mines Company. Main project features: Residential gated complex for the employees serving at Al- Sydeyeh Industrial Complex east of Ma'an City. Master plan was made including detail design for Phase One, which consist of (100) Residential Units and a School. Three Building Types was designed each 122/ 145 / 168 m 2. A School for girls with an area of (4 000) m 2 was designed using Building System No. (5) which was developed at RSS. A 45-m high water Tower with a capacity of (200) m 3 was located in the highest level available serves the Site with the necessary water demand. Additional Underground Water Reservoir with a capacity of (650) m 3 was designed to support the Water Storage. (45) hectare= (450 dunum, 450 000 m 2 ). Positions held: Urban Planner. This publication was designed in a simple way supported by text, figures and pictures that illustrate the various stages of design for family housing and ways of construction.
