13 When this engineering feat of the grandest scale is completed, the Arabian Canal will be a vibrant home to more than 2.5 million residents It will form a horseshoe from Palm Jumeirah passing to the west of the new Dubai World Central International Airport, before turning back towards Dubai Waterfront. Varying in width between 75 and 150 metres, excavation of the 75 km canal will create hills and valleys never before seen in Dubai. The Arabian Canal will be a globally recognised landmark and the surrounding land will become a world-class urban community enjoying a lifestyle of convenience and envy. 25 Reshaping the skyline of Jordan s capital with its distinctive split towers separated by a soaring shaft of space and light, Sanaya Amman will be an architectural wonder and an icon of luxury living On the ground, at the heart of Sanaya Amman, will be an open-air plaza, naturally shaded by the South Tower and cooled by light breezes. This central space will create a vibrant urban square with areas to socialise and relax. There will be shopping areas on the surrounding streets, and terraces overlooking a lushly landscaped park with fountains. Inside the towers, all the apartments will be light, spacious and airy, with private terraces and hanging gardens. The state-of-the-art gym, Jordan s highest suspended swimming pool and express elevators will be just some of the features of this unique property. 27 Malaysia International Halal Park will combine principled production with a prime location to embark on the world s first integrated Halal trading, services, and knowledge hub Strategically located in Selangor State, just 40 km from Malaysia s federal capital of Kuala Lumpur, the project will also be central to the city s international airport and Port Klang. With links like these, and homes for 200,000 residents on a beautiful 170 hectare plot of parkland complete with water features, the setting is idyllic. 29 On the border of two countries, Puteri Harbour will combine the best of many worlds The key to the development will be its location, and this signature waterfront precinct on the southern tip of the Malaysian peninsula will have a prime position. It will be just five minutes from the second bridge crossing to Singapore and only 30 minutes from the island s commercial centre. Puteri Harbour will also be easily accessible via highways linking the development to Johor Bahru City and other parts of the country via the North-South Highway. The Wave, a green architecture concept, will be a nine tower condominium with a total of 2,700 units. With 70% green open area, the Wave will include roof garden areas designed to reduce the sun s impact and lower temperatures. The Convergence Indonesia, projected to be a new cityscape icon in Jakarta, will have a unique architecture design and premium facilities equipped with modern technologies. It will be a 16 floor office building with saleable area of approximately 24,500 m 2.
