With more than 30 years of operation in Latin America, Dryeration offers sophisticated solutions through its products and services, result of more than four decades of research searching intelligent and sustainable alternatives for the post-harvesting process. We offer products that reduce the need of human interference in the processes and provide greater productivity and profitability, always preserving the environment. We also render specialized advisory in Quality Control and Grains Mass.

OUR PRODUCTS All Dryeration products are technologically superior; they operate with high efficiency, energy, preserving the quality of grains and the environment. Besides this, they contribute so that the storage unit produces more, better, and with lower cost, whenever compared with conventional systems, resulting operational excellence and generating higher productivity, profitability, and sustainability to the business of our clients.

Dryeration dryers operate with high drying performance, through high thermal and energetic efficiency.

DRYERATION GRAIN DRYERS New Generation of Grain Dryers The newest generation of Dryeration grain dryers guarantees higher speed of drying, economy, and safety with a drying without noxious emissions to the environment, and, also, preserving the quality of grains received from the plantation, being able to be used in a diversity of grains, seeds, cereals, and oilseeds. These are continuous flow dryers that operate with homogeneous feed and movement of the drying air in the entire extension of the drying tower providing higher thermal efficiency and energy per dry ton, greater drying autonomy with the smallest risk of fire. Their differentiated performance is assured by the integration of different patented technologies, in Brazil and abroad, starting from the heated air entrance diffusers with insulating capacity, which inhibit the temperature exchange with the environment; the drying tower with stamped and diagonally distributed ducts, which promote a radial air flow, with 360 o circulation, accelerating the drying and the grains homogeneity; intelligent exhaustion systems and dusting that perform the air admission and extraction from the drying tower, separating the particles material contained in the air used in the drying and directing them to the burning in the combustion chamber, liberating only the clean air to the environment; the double and cyclic trays system that smoothly unload the grains without accumulating impurities on the tray surface, enabling the rotating movement of grains along the tower, reducing in this way the risks of fire; the control system enables the operation with automatic regulation of the grains flow, according to the programmed target (% b.u.). The continuous development of Dryeration drying technologies enables to launch two new dryer lines; these are incremented with novelties for reducing the energy and fuel consumption. There are presently available three lines of grain dryers, which are: Original, RC-30, and RC-70. The Original dryer line is recommended for producing volumes from 10 to 300 tons/h. with high humidity percentage points. The RC-30 dryers reduce up to 30% of the fuel consumption and up to 15% electric energy consumption, over the original model. These models with heat recovery are available for productions above 100 tons/h. Another novelty to the Original and RC-30 is that these may integrate a differentiated drying tower to perform the drying of grains with up to 4% impurities. The R-70 line offers a reduction of up to 70% fuel consumption and up to 15% electric energy reduction over the Original, this line being available for the productions above 100 tons/h., particularly for industries that need to extract low percentages of humidity, for example, Soy 14-10.

GRAIN DRYERS LINE Original dryers contemplate a set of Dryeration exclusive technologies, which combined provide the best cost benefit in the market of Grain Dryers, as they operate with the guarantee of high drying performance, due to the high thermal and energy efficiency, in a diversity of grains, seeds, cereals, and oilseeds, always preserving their intrinsic characteristics. The air diffusers are located before and after the drying tower, built in a galvanized steel plate, where the entrance diffuser is especially formed by insulation panels, which inhibit the interference in the temperature of the tower due to climate variations (cold, wind, and rain), and have as function to retain the heat inside the air entrance chamber, promoting a superior thermal yield in the dryer, minimizing the heat loss between the drying chamber and the environment, improving the thermal and energy conversion. This thermal insulation minimizes the temperature gradient in the horizontal and vertical sections of the tower, helping to preserve the physical quality of the grains, normally affected by the conventional humidity and temperature gradients. The Tower, with differentiated configuration, arranges the grains during the drying and enables to promote a fast and with equability drying. Its layout is made up by a differentiated set of 16/32 stamped ducts, diagonally distributed with the smallest vertical spacing between them, which enables a sliding of grains over and between the ducts, receiving an intense flow of radial air that guarantees greater air-grain contact, assuring equability and better drying performance. The DrySP performs the suction of expelled air, promoting a drying without particles. This is a dynamic and self-cleaning system that increases the air flow passage in the drying tower. The skins/particles extracted are recycled, enabling the system to release just the clear air into the environment. In this way, the skins can still be reintegrated to the grains flow, redirected to the burning in the combustion chamber or still, optionally, to a separated collection system made available by the client. For greater safety and practicality, in cases of inspection and maintenance of the dusting system, as well as better access to the other parts of the grains dryer are positioned platforms, ladders, and accesses built in galvanized steel, guaranteeing higher durability, in accordance with international safety standards.

The grains discharge is performed by a mechanical set of double fixed/sliding trays, with cyclic predetermined driving, in intermittent and variable cycle, being driven by a pneumatic or hydraulic device. The grains discharge system inside the dryer promotes the flow 2 regulation and the grains rotation in their descending offset in the tower, discharging them smoothly through gravity, in a semi laminar flow in Z, which helps the drying movement and uniformity. This discharge system is totally self-cleaning, which avoids the accumulation of impurities on its surface, reducing the risk of fire in the dryer. Open Discharge 1 Note: The radial air flow enables the most perfect distribution of the air flow, this being in all directions, making-up the flows known as: concurrent flow, countercurrent, crossed, and oblique flow, these flows being ascendant and descendant, to the right as to the left. Closed Discharge

Gas Dryer Automatized Owen Heat Generating Systems The heat generating systems are compact and highly efficient. These provide better heat conversion generated by kcal used, promoting the best thermal yield, the highest safety, and the best efficiency in supplying heated air to the entire extension of the drying tower. This differentiated system is designed and built with Dryeration own technology, being made-up by a chamber for the production of heat and a mixing chamber with the EGQ system. This set produces a high volume of clean and hot air for the drying. Originally are offered designs for burning wood; however, differentiated designs can be developed, according to the need of heat generation, considering the types of fuels, such as wood in logs, splits, liquid fuels, GLP or GNV gas, and vapor oven systems. The burning chambers for solid fuels have thermal insulation for heat recovery. These are in masonry and refractory materials, which reduce the heat loss into the environment. The burning chambers have as characteristic the highly efficient combustion, which promotes the best use and burning of fuels, being eliminated smaller quantities of ashes in the ash compartments, no smoke and reduced levels of CO 2 among other toxic gases. The burning chambers for gaseous fuels are built in special steel, with thermal insulation for the recovery of heat, which reduce the heat low into the environment. These also have as characteristic a highly efficient combustion, promoting a higher yield of the generated heat. E.G.Q. System This system increases the thermal yield of the combustion chamber, maintains the fuel consumption constant, maximizes the production and reduces the risk of fire in the dryer. This system is integrated in the air mixing chamber, where it vacuums the hot air from the combustion chamber and equalizes it with the environmental air, producing large quantity of clean, heated, and homogeneous air for the entire extension of the drying tower. The system filters, cleans the heated air and recycles it, returning to the burning any residue or even sparks, making available for drying only clean, free of smoke and heated air according to the programmed temperature. This equipment is built in special steel, with capacity to work with temperatures above 900 degrees. OPERATIONAL PARAMETERS: Option for drying with cooling of 1/5 of the column. Recommended drying temperature: 110/120 o C (commercial grain) o Discharged grains temperature: Entire column 50 to 55 o C; with cooling 6 to 10 o C above the environmental temperature (optional: Corn Drying, with humidity from 25% b.u. to 14% b.u.).

Biomass Feeding Option for reducing wood consumption The use of renewable energies in drying grains can contribute substantially to reduce the costs of using fuel in drying. The use of biomass or agricultural residues are a fuel alternative that may in a composition of a proportion of 70% wood and 30% agricultural residues, as energy source, be an excellent option of economy. The biomass feeder eases the supply of agricultural residues in the combustion chamber through the venture principle with the fluidized bed, which receives the agricultural residues and injects them in the combustion chamber. This system helps in reducing at least 20% of the costs with solid fuel. In these systems can be used agricultural residues such as corncob, soy hulls, and straw, among others. Corncob is a renewable source of energy and one of the cleanest available, which promotes the most perfect combustion, free of ashes, gases and smoke emission. It is estimated that just 25% of the agricultural residue produced in a corn plantation can dry up to 100% of the harvested area. In this form it is a highly productive alternative. Biomass Feeder

Drymaster monitors parameters and controls drying operations, managing the drying speed, monitoring the grains loading and unloading, and the air temperature.

DryMaster Drying Manager is an electronic system with IHM touch screen that performs total operational control. It enables the drying complex to operate without the interference of the operator, executing the automatic regulation of the grains flow, according to the programmed parameters. Should the unit have fuel and grain automatic feeding, the drying complex may execute all drying operations in automatic regimen. DryMaster monitors the programmed parameters and controls the drying operations, managing the drying speed through the loading and unloading of grain, signalizing and controlling the drying air temperature on different points of the tower, and verifying as well the characteristics and the volume of the drying air flow. DryMaster set has safety devices that can cancel the drying operation in case of failure of the operational parameters attendance, guaranteeing therefore greater safety and efficiency of the drying operation. Optionally can be acquired the sending of messages to one or more cell phones alerting operational failures or drying erroneous parameters, and it can as well be connected with a supervising software for following up and elaborating detailed reports. Optional system with grains flow/ drying air supervisor (see descriptive report). Optionally can be acquired the sending of messages to one or more cell phones alerting operational failures or drying erroneous parameters, and it can as well be connected with a supervising software for following up and elaborating detailed reports. Optional system with grains flow/ drying air supervisor (see descriptive report). DRYMASTER Grains Flow/ Option Air Supervisor for greater safety in drying This system enables to supervise with exactness the speed and the temperature of the grain in each level of the drying tower, enabling to identify the entry of foreign matter in the grains flow during the drying. This system informs with precision the uniformity and the temperature gradients in real time, through the analysis of the extracted air temperatures behavior. It has a series of temperature sensors distributed in three levels of the drying tower, which analyze the temperature behavior in the grains flow during their passage through the drying tower. The system analyses the temperatures readings compared with the standard sensors of lower temperature, for the same level in the drying tower. Should there be any point of interference due to the increase of the temperature gradient, these data are analyzed according to the programming of the gradient limits, for the alert in alarm state or maximum risk. Should there be an anomaly or risk on the reading data, the system will act turning off the exhausters and heat generators, demanding immediately the discharge of the grains from the drying tower and its cleaning being necessary.

Dryeration dryers operate with high drying performance, through high thermal and energetic efficiency.

NEW LINE OF DRYERS WITH HEAT RECOVERY The heat recovery in the Dryeration grains dryers consists in recovering more than 30% of the air volume used in the drying. This air is captured by the DRSP and recycled in the mixture chamber with the FGQ; therefore, reducing up to 40% of the environmental air used for mixture by the EGQ. The recovery of this heated air allows reducing from 30% up to 70% heat generation in the burning chamber, as the recovered air is already heated. This line uses all technologies of the original line and aggregates the innovation of heat recovery for the better yield and higher economy in drying.

Dryeration Dryers Line RC 30 The dryers line RC 30 contemplates the Heat Recovery; these provide even larger reduction of electric energy and fuel consumption per dry ton. These models reduce up to 30% the fuel consumption. and reduce as well up to 15% electric energy consumption over the Original model. These models are available for productions above 100 ton/h. Another novelty for the Original and RC 30 lines is that these can integrate a differentiated drying tower to perform drying of grains with up to 4% impurities. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The technical specifications presented hereinafter are part of the standardized models of dryers dimensioned in accordance with the drying capacity. Drying capacities different from the specified ones can be requested in character of special model (See as well tables and specifications).

DUO-TOWER Drying option for grains with up to 4% impurities Duo-tower is an unheard model, configured in form to provide flows that promote greater uniformity in the air distribution, higher efficiency in air-grain contact, easing the exposure of grains integrally to the air flow, assuring homogeneity and high drying speed. This drying tower for grains with up to 4% impurities has as purpose the standardization of grains with high humidity and the impurities. The tower is subdivided in two phases, configured by two different flows in the same tower, the laminar flow and the sinuous flow in Z. The laminar grains flow is the first phase of the tower, where the grains humidity and impurities are standardized; these flow vertically in the drying tower receiving a crossed and reverse air flow. This unheard model of tower enables the drying to be performed in the second phase of the tower. Impurities can be considered up to 7 cm long, such as green stems and pods. In the second phase of the duo-tower the grains flow sinuously in Z through the 16 x 32 stamped ducts distributed diagonally, with vertical spacing of 15 cm between ducts, promoting the homogeneous drying of the product.

RC-70 dryers line recovers up to 70% of drying air. Dryers Line DRYERATION RC 70 RC-70 dryers line, with Dryeration heat recovery consists in recovering 70% of the drying air volume and recycling this air in the EGQ mixture chamber, reducing at least 75% of the environmental air used by the EGQ, and reducing the need of generating heat for the drying air mixture. This dryers line increases at least 70% the thermal efficiency of the Original line, reducing in the same proportion the consumption of fuel, and as well reducing from 10cv to 30cv of the installed power, depending of the model; therefore, reducing the electric energy consumption. The RC 70 line uses all technologies of the line RC 30, however, recovers 70% of the drying air discharging just 25% of the drying air into the environment, without extracting low percentages of humidity, for example: of soy 14 10.

The Grains Mass Management System provides conditions for the maintenance of the food quality and safety of the grains.

SYSTEMS FOR THE GRAINS MASS QUALITY CONTROL The new model of Grains Mass Manager with sensible touch screen avoids losses due to heating and deterioration, caused by the temperature increase and mass humidity of the stored grains. This new system integrates the manager and the thermometry in one single equipment, with both operating simultaneously and controlled individually, without interference between them. The Grains Mass Manager System provides conditions for the maintenance of food quality and safety of the grains. This drives the aeration in preventive form, without the interference of the operator, always verifying the peak hour, climate conditions of the environment from the drying onwards, the cooling and the cold maintenance of the grains mass up to the moment of expedition. It is assisted by a high precision meteorological central that identifies the climate variations, such as: environmental air temperature ( o C), and the moment of rain, fog, and mist presence (C.N.O.). The signs are transmitted, whether it is cycled custom made or automatic, and there from onwards, drives the start or stop of the aeration motors. These systems enable as well an automatic programming that can be made by the operator himself. The desired conditions for driving the aeration can be programmed one by one. The parameters available for programming are: environment air temperature, maximums and minimums, maximum and minimum relative humidity, and as well the stopping time to interrupt the aeration. Thermometry verifies the temperatures that are viewed on the IHM on layout of the unit according to the sensors distribution inside the storage structure. The temperatures are measured, in real time, by the extractable sensors 3 positioned inside the extruded pendulums, distributed inside the grains mass, which are interlinked to a reading instrument for each sensor. The last three readings are available and can be stored in computer, or as well, send to a supervision software, these being provided by the client. It also offers temperature reports of grains mass per silo or granary. This new system with touch screen, shared Man-Machine Interface (IMM) is combined with two Programmable Logical Controllers (PLC), which allow the operation and individual programming of the systems. There are offered two models of Storage Management System, which are different basically due to their programming complexity, operation support, and data communication resources. The Grains Mass Management System enables the preservation of grains, maintaining them free from the growth of fungi, insects, fermentation, and deterioration resulting from the heating of the product. 3 The point measured by the sensor corresponds to a sample inferior to 0.2 kg, due to the high capacity of thermal insulation of the grain.

Dryco T enables the supervision and the following-up at distance, via software. DRYCO T promotes the best conditions for storage and maintenance of the grain, through a complex programming that takes in consideration the factors that influence the storage conditions, such as: the aeration distribution, the air flow movement project, the hygroscopic balance parameters for the different kinds of grains, the regional climate variations, the geographical location, the peak hour, the type of horizontal or vertical storage structure, as well as the storage objectives of each type of grain. This enables as well the supervision and to follow-up at distance, via the client s supervision software. This equipment is recommended for enterprises that possess different units and use Supervision Software to follow-up and control the information of the units. It offers operation reports, such as: aeration hours, cycled material, energy consumption history, daily operation hours, climate conditions, alarms and self-diagnosis of the system.

DRYSMART T DRYSMART T promotes conditions for storage and conservation of the grains, through a standard programming, less complex than the programming considered in Dryco, this considers some of the factors that influence the storage conditions, such as: hygroscopic balance parameters for the different kinds of grains, the regional climate variation, the peak hour, as well as the storage objectives of five types of grains. It offers operation reports, such as: aeration hours, cycled material, energy consumption history, daily operation hours, climate conditions, alarms and selfdiagnosis of the system. Grains Mass HOMOGENEIZER The grains mass Homogeneizer optimizes the storage conditions through the significant reduction of self-classification of the grains mass during the loading of the silos or granary warehouses, through flow fractioning and distribution of the impurities still remaining after the cleaning operation (in average, 2%).

Integrated Aeration Systems offer efficiency in the distribution of air flow, reducing costs. Integrated Aeration Systems The innovating Aeration Systems integrated to the grains offer higher efficiency in the air flow distribution, reduce costs with civil work and energy, and provide better durability of the installed structure. Besides this, they are silent and provide conditions for the preserving the quality of the entire stored grains mass. These can be used for maintaining the intrinsic characteristics of the different types of grains, such as soy, corn, wheat, rice, sunflower, cotton, among others. All insulators used in the Dryeration aeration systems are carefully selected to operate with an efficiency factor superior to 70% in relation to the performance characteristics. These are adequately distributed in silos or warehouses, in order to promote the best air flow distribution in the grains mass. Dryeration has available two exclusive models of integrated aeration, Aerometal and Gaveta, both are compact and high efficient. It also has available aeration projects in the traditional models, such as the side aeration among others. For greater economy of electric energy, food health and safety, assuring the quality preservation of the grains, the use of homogeneizers and storage managers is recommended, whether Dryco ou Drysmart.

Aeration System AEROMETAL Aerometal Integrated Aeration is a mono block and modular metal structure, which integrates the blower and the aeration grotto, blowing the air directly into the grains mass. The blower is located above the grains discharge tunnel, which is used as air duct for the passage of air. In this model of direct aeration are not used registrations for orientation of the air flow. The Aerometal model is appropriate for silos or granaries, with conic and mellite V bottom that use tunnel for discharging the grain. Therefore, the system vacuums the air from the air passage tunnel, which is open and without pressurization, and blows the air directly into the grains mass, without the use of piping, distributing the air uniformly in the entire mass of grains. Aeration System GAVETA Gaveta Integrated Aeration is a mono block and modular metal structure, which integrates the blower and the channels for distribution of the air glow. It is installed in chambers located on the face of the grains discharge tunnel walls, without pressurization, uses the tunnel for the air passage and the channels for a uniform distribution of the air flow. This aeration model is appropriate for silos with level bottom or granary warehouse, with level and semi-v bottom. In this aeration model, aeration is direct and dispenses the registrations for orienting the air flow.

TOUCH THERMOMETRY Thermometry with sensible touch screen verifies the temperatures, which are viewed on the Man-Machine Interface (IHM), on the unit of the layout according to the distribution of sensors inside the storage structure. The temperatures are measured in real time by the extractable sensors and presented inside the extruded pendulums distributed in the grains mass; these are interlinked to a reading instrument for each sensor. The last three readings are available and can be stored in computer or, also, be sent to a supervision software provided by the client. It also offers temperature reports of the grains mass per silo or granary. THERMOMETRY P 2000 Thermometry The micro processed Portable model is a practical system for collecting and reading temperatures directly on the liquid crystal viewer or through printed report, when connected to the printer. Temperature data are exhibited for each reading point, which can be selected and viewed directly on the collecting system. 4. Grains have large thermal insulation capacity, which limits the action radius of the reading points (sensors) for samples smaller than 0.2 kg. 5. The point measured by the sensor corresponds to a sample inferior to 0.2 kg due to the large capacity of thermal insulation of the grains. Gaveta
