Company Policies and Terms We are available 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm. We work on most holidays. Payments All Payments must be paid in full at the time of service. Payments are accepted only in cash. Failure to have full payment will result in cancelling of service for that day. Cancellation Policy When we make an appointment for you, we hold that time slot open for you, And therefore turn away all other potential customers. If you have to cancel your scheduled appointment, we request that you notify us At least 24 hours before your appointment, or We reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee. Additional Add-On Services Clean the inside of refrigerator/freezers Wipe the inside and outside of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen Wipe the inside and outside of the cabinets and drawers in the bathrooms Home Organizing Please Note: There are additional charges for the Additional Add-On Services, and must be agreed upon prior to scheduled appointments to be sure that there will be ample time for completion and that any additional products that are needed will be available.
The Regular Maintenance Home Cleaning Whole House Dust all furniture Empty all trash baskets Vacuum all carpeted floors Sweep, vacuum, and or wash all floors that are not carpeted Kitchen Clean the counter tops Clean the inside and outside of microwaves Clean the outside of refrigerator/freezers Clean the stove top Clean and sanitize sinks Load the dishwasher, if requested Wash the floor Bedrooms Dust all furniture Make the beds, if requested Change the bed linens, if requested. Please leave the linens out that are to be put on the bed or beds Sweep, vacuum, and or wash the floors Bathrooms Clean the counter tops Clean the mirror Clean and sanitize sinks, bathtubs, showers, and toilets Wash the floors Please Note: All areas that are to be cleaned must be decluttered prior to your cleaning appointment. Due to liability issues, we are not be able to partially clean a cluttered area; therefore, if an area is cluttered it will not be cleaned.
Terms, Conditions, and Exclusions: The Regular Maintenance Home Cleaning Payment is accepted only as cash and must be paid in full at the time of service. Failure to have full payment will result in cancelling of service for that day. If cancellation is necessary, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We are available 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm and we work on most holidays. On the cleaning day, please provide a key to enter the home and to lock the home upon completion. On the cleaning day, please provide a security system alarm code if applicable. On the cleaning day, the home must be decluttered. If an area is cluttered, the cluttered area will not be cleaned. We will load the dishwasher if requested; however, we do not hand wash dishes. We do not clean windows and we do not clean or dust window blinds. We do not move large furniture such as couches, chairs, tables, or beds to clean under them. We do not move refrigerator/freezers and ovens to clean the floor under them. We do not steam clean carpet and we do not remove stains from carpets. We do not remove marks or residue from walls. We do not move, clean, or dust breakable decorative items. We do not clean the inside of china cabinets. We do not clean or vacuum upholstered furniture. We do not clean or dust lampshades. We do not wash, dry, fold, or put away laundry. We do not clean washing machines or dryers. We do not clean shower curtains or shower curtain liners. We do not reline cabinets or drawers. We do not clean up after pets or pet areas such as cat litter boxes or bird cages. We do not clean or dust hot water heaters. We do not clean or vacuum air conditioner wall, ceiling, or floor vents. We do not clean ceilings areas. We do not clean or sweep porches, decks, garages, carports, or fireplaces. We do not clean or sweep attics, unfinished basements, or outside areas. We do not water plants.

All cabinets, drawers, and closets must be empty. All trash must be removed. The refrigerator/freezer must be empty. We do not clean the interior of ovens. We do not move refrigerator/freezers and ovens to clean the floor area under them. We do not clean windows. We do not clean or dust window blinds. We do not steam clean carpets. We do not remove stains from carpets. We do not remove marks or residue from walls. We do not patch holes in walls. We do not caulk bathtubs or shower stalls. We do not clean or dust hot water heaters. We do not clean or vacuum air conditioner wall, ceiling, or floor vents. We do not clean ceilings areas. We do not clean or sweep porches, decks, garages, carports, or fireplaces. We do not clean or sweep attics, unfinished basements, or outside areas.

Being able to know what you have and where everything is will save you from having to purchase additional items that you already had but were not able to find. Finding needed items will become almost effortless, and this will allow you to spend your valuable time on more important things.
