Electronic Expansion Valve (mod. 081-802) Features Option available for mod. 081-802 EEV is a servo-controlled and electro-mechanic device which expands the flow of refrigerant in a variable manner A pressure sensor and a temperature sensor correspond to the pressure fitting for compensation and the sensor bulb in the TEV. Both these sensors are fitted to the evaporator outlet Advantages Quicker response time for changes Stable superheat in the whole range of operation conditions, both for full as well as part load operation. Antifreezing heaters option Features Electrical heaters wraped around tank & pump If -10 C < T amb. < 0 C heaters and pumps are switched ON by the electronic control. If -20 C < T amb. < -10 C in addition to the anti-freeze heaters, it is necessary to double insulate tanks and pumps (special machine). If outlet water temperature Tw out <+5 C it is necessary to use antifreeze mixtures.
Close temperature control LASER version Features The valve keeps the temperature of the process water at the unit outlet constant and within narrow tolerances (precision ±0.5 C) by injecting hot gas into the evaporator. Availability: mod.015-351 hot gas bypass solenoid valve (mod. 015-051) or electronic expansion valve (081-351) shut-off valves for hot gas bypass (TAEevo031-351) Advantages High precision PID control Control of outlet temperature independent of compressor minimum ON/OFF times
