The names and pricing information contained herein have been compiled from the information given to us from past users. Current quality and pricing should be thoroughly reviewed before contracting. Homeowners have the ability to receive discount pricing by grouping the work with neighbors. Important Note: This collection is for informational purpose only. Homeowners should consider, among other matters: State and/or Municipal licenses, contractor s liability insurance, contractor s workmen s compensation insurance, references from prior customers of the contractor and, certainly, before beginning any work that might alter the exterior of any home or alter any aspect of the landscape surrounding the home, the homeowner must properly apply to the ACC committee for approval.
