A cleverly concealed pantry utility room can be found off the kitchen. There is further entertaining space in the Orangery which is designed for dinner parties and leads to the rear garden and patio. When opened back, the adjustable bespoke dividing doors between the dining area and the Orangery are designed to create further internal living space. The light-filled Orangery is superbly insulated, and its A-shaped skylight is triple-glazed. This room is underlain by limestone natural stone floor slabs, and there is full underfloor heating here also. The first floor has four beautiful bedrooms with painted fitted wardrobes, bathrooms and shower rooms that are fitted out in stunning Carrara marble, grey-blue limestone natural stone and Villeroy & Boch fittings.
