GET TO KNOW YOUR BLENDER On the Outside Static backlit display attracts shoppers. Cup Holder Touchscreen display for blending controls and maintenance. On the Inside Cup lid weight: Don't worry, it's meant to sit slanted on the blending assembly. Make sure it is installed with the rounded edge at the top. Blending disc: This is what blends the beverage. Watch out, it's quite sharp so it can slice through that frozen deliciousness! Flip-up door (FRAGILE!): This should be cleaned weekly. BLENDER MAINTENANCE Wipe down the following EVERY DAY The blender internally cleans and steam sanitizes itself every 24 hours, automatically, but these steps are still required. 1 Inspect Inside Open front door and visually inspect and verify that the surfaces are clean. Check for any foreign objects such as lids or straws and remove. 2 Inspect Outside Wipe down the blender daily with a soft cloth and mild cleaning solution. BLENDER MAINTENANCE Follow these cleaning steps WEEKLY for a happier blender In addition to the daily cleaning, do the following things once a week: 1 Clean Seal Open front door and locate seal (clear tube in figure A) around the chamber opening. Remove seal Clean seal with damp cloth and rinse Clean chamber opening rim inside and out Place seal back around chamber opening Clean stainless steel door with damp cloth 2 3 Clean Cup Sensors Locate the cup sensors underneath the front door. Use a damp cloth and wipe them down. Clean Blending Chamber Open the front door and press upwards on the flip-up door arm to clean off any product build-up around the blending chamber rim and gasket with a damp cloth. Be careful not to damage the gasket. how to clean 5
Product handling KEEP IT CHILLED Cups have feelings too, and are sensitive to damage if mishandled, dropped or improperly stored. SHIPPING: PRODUCT MUST BE SHIPPED AT OR BELOW 0ºF and should not remain out of the freezer for more than 15 minutes, unless tempering (see below). Any delay can result in damage/unsellable product. BACK FREEZER STORAGE: Product can be stored from -20ºF to 0ºF. STACKING: Cases must be stored flat and never stacked upside down or sideways. Don t put heavy items on top, and stack no more than 5 cases on top of one another. RETAIL DISPLAY FREEZER: Ensure product is stored in the f real freezer between 0ºF and 6ºF. Tempering GUIDELINES Tempering can be sped up by removing plastic overwrap from the case and placing the product in the cooler (not the freezer) for 30 minutes, do not exceed 45 minutes. After tempering, immediately place product into the f'real freezer to keep it chilled! Never temper product at room temperature. Check the thermometer to make sure it s correct.
