Why our Clients are Satisfied David Manson of Marsupial Matt Cantwell of Secret Gardens of Sydney Mark Brown of Seascape Landscaping Graham McCulloch of Greenworld Nursery Joanne Green of Joanne Green Landscape Design The plant quality delivered by Alpine Nurseries has enabled us to minimize the amount of plant loss on many jobs. In some instances, we have been able to achieve a 100% success rate. Our maintenance processes are significantly enhanced with a happy and healthy plant from day one. Alpine are willing to deliver anywhere, anytime and their service is second to none. Alpine Nurseries and Secret Gardens have enjoyed a strong business relationship for many years now. The relationship continues to grow as our business continues to grow, as well as the expectations of not only us, but the high expectation of our clients. Alpines range of services and willingness to go the extra mile are an excellent match for us. The complexity of our orders does not phase them, we know they will deliver whatever we may need and within the time frame required. They make that part of our business simple, we know we can rely on them. Alpine s quality and service is of a very high standard. They source all the plants we need for complex orders through their contacts in the nursery industry. Alpine continually improves their growing standards and are already geared up to handle NATSPEC standards which is the way of the future. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you personally and your exceptionally talented team at Alpine Nurseries for the service Greenworld Nursery has been receiving over the past six years. Over all aspects from ordering to receiving our orders of trees, shrubs and grasses we have found that Alpine Nurseries service, quality of plants and professionalism are second to none in the nursery industry and we look forward to continuing our relationship for many, many years to come. We have been in business for 29 years and a customer of Alpine Nurseries for many years, and have found their quality and service exceptional. From the initial enquiry, plant schedule quote and plant sourcing stage to the delivery of stock to site, we have felt well informed and in the loop at all times. Plants are not manufactured in a factory but need to be grown, and at times they can be difficult to find or due to seasonal challenges, not always perfect. But I know that when we ask for the exceptional, they put in the extra effort, and I am constantly impressed by that.
