Protected site The Total Connect Box panels are connected to the internet and send alarms and regular status updates to the Honeywell Cloud, updating the database. Honeywell Cloud Database Total Connect 2.0E for users Total Connect Pro Manager for installers The users receive alerts notifications by email, text message or voice when an alarm occurs. They can remotely manage their Total Connect Box system (arming, disarming, get images from home...) Using his personal account, the installer has access to his panels database content and remote access to all Total Connect Box panels he has installed. 3
