This is to make sure that the device is properly handled. If the problems persist, the following tips will help you to remove them. The device is not working... - Make sure that: Voltage and frequcy in the network are the same as those recommded by the manufacturer, it is 230V and 50Hz. The device is connected to the electricity network. The device switches on the control thermostat and the main switch are on. The device does not reach the right temperature. Make sure that: The unit switch is in ON position. The temperature setting on the thermostat is set accordingly. Make sure that the condser is not contaminated, clean it, if necessary. Ambit temperature is not higher than 25 o C. The manufacturer does not guarantee appropriate temperatures at these temperatures. The device is working, sound signaling is turned on... - Make sure that: The condser is not contaminated, clean if necessary. The condser fan is working. The ambit temperature does not exceed 25 o C. If the problems still persist, contact your local Igloo service cter, giving the serial number and model of the device prest on the machine s nameplate. Geral information: Our devices have be made according to modern technologies suring high durability and good operating parameters. The temperature in the chamber is betwe +4 and +8 C Device equipmt: Wh you buy our devices, you receive with the device: operating manual warranty card II. Unloading The chambers are delivered completely assembled on a special pallet. The device on the pallet should be unloaded by hand or with a suitable hoist (forklift, pallet truck), always in the normal use position. The maximum angle of inclination from the vertical direction is 15 degrees To sure long-lasting and effective operation of the device, the user should observe the following rules: 1. Do not fill the device with the product before it has cooled down (about 1 ~ 2 hours from the momt of starting) 2. Do not put warm products in cold chambers 3. The product should be distributed so as not to block the vtilation opings 4. Do not leave op covers and doors 5. At least once a month or in case of contamination, clean the condser. The method of cleaning the condser is shown on p. 10 6. The device should be cleaned with warm water with the addition of non-abrasive cleaning agts after disconnecting the device from the mains. It is forbidd to use corrosive agts, they can lead to irreparable damage to the surface of the device. In daily use, top covers are used to load the containers in the chamber (see fig.) Top cover Main switch Control panel Doors Clean here To set the chamber in the place of use, cut the protective bands, remove the film from the chamber and remove the protective blocks on the pallet. Th, four persons manually unload the chamber from the pallet (a strip with holders mounted on the chamber is used for this). Wh unloading, use protective gloves (protecting hands) and pay atttion to evly raise and lower the chamber. After placing the chamber in the place of use, remove the strips used to unload the chamber from the pallet. III. Preparation of the device for operation. The chambers can be installed in closed rooms where vtilation is provided, or under roofs (shelters) protecting the device against atmospheric precipitation. If the chamber is installed in a closed room, vtilation must sure that the temperature inside the room is not higher than 28 C. Therefore, the room should have vtilation opings located so as to sure the passage of fresh air through the tire room (it is recommded to perform forced vtilation by using an extraction fan). The chamber should be placed on a concrete floor or on a leveled base protected against water logging. The device should be placed in a dry place, not exposed to sunlight, suring good exchange of air far from heat sources (stoves, batteries, heaters, etc.) The device should be connected to a separate properly made electric circuit (230 + 10% V / 50 Hz with a bipolar plug socket, with a protective pin). The socket should be protected with a fuse of min. 6.0 A, max. 16A. WARNING: It is forbidd to connect the device through extsion cords or distributors. After performing these operations, the device is ready to start working IF YOU DO NOT APPLY TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS MANUAL CONCERNING THE CONNECTION AND OPERATION OF THE DEVICE, THE MANUFACTURER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM GUARRANTOR OBLIGATIONS!!! IV. Operation. How to start the device: 1. Insert the plug of the connecting cable in the plug socket 2. Activate the main switch button 3. Turn on the unit using the button located on the temperature regulator panel (see the drawing of the regulator) 4.
