The term of the contract shall be for one year with an option to renew for two additional six (6) month terms. 12. INVOICES 12.1. Invoices shall list the product description, product number, packaging details, quantity purchased, unit price and extended price. 12.2. Purchase Order Number shall be listed on the invoice. 13. AWARD 13.1. Award will be made on a line by line basis to the lowest responsible bidder that has supplied and met all bid requirements. Group awards, where indicated, shall be awarded as a group to the overall low bidder that has supplied and met all bid requirements. 13.1.1. The County of Rockland reserves the right to make a no award on a line by line basis.
