The B4512 provides p to 28 individally identified points that can be split into 2 areas. The control panel incldes a bilt-in Ethernet port for IP network commnications, and is compatible with modles that send events to selected pblic switched telephone network (PSTN), IP network, or celllar network destinations throgh for programmable rote grops. With the B4512, yo can monitor doors, windows, and motion within areas like showrooms or those that hold inventory. Each ser can have a personalized passcode, a wireless keyfob, and a credential to control the system. Use programmable athority levels with restricted privileges to provide service, secrity, and cleaning personnel with fll or limited access. Use the three programmable otpts (expandable p to 27) to trn on lights or open and lock doors. Users can: Trn on the system to secre the stock room while yo condct daily bsiness. Perform tests to ensre yor system is working properly. Set yor system to alarm immediately if a door opens. Activate the Watch featre so a tone sonds whenever a cstomer enters. Set a schedle for yor system to atomatically trn on at closing time. Use wireless secrity options to cstomize yor system.

Make area arming conditional on other areas (master or associate), if desired. Yo can configre any area for perimeter and interior arming, not reqiring a separate area for this fnction. For higher secrity applications, the Area Re-Arm featre garantees that areas are always rearmed, and are disarmed for no longer than a specific, configrable, amont of time (for example, service time). Cstom fnctions For added convenience, the installer can program cstom fnctions that allow cstomers to complete complex tasks with fewer keystrokes. For example, a cstom fnction can bypass a grop of points and arm the system, allowing the ser to perform this fnction with one easy command. Installers can se cstom fnctions to control a particlar room. Cstomers activate cstom fnctions with a keypad, with a keyfob, by falting a point, or atomatically as a schedled event (SKED). Passcode secrity Two-Man Rle - Reqires two people with two niqe passcodes to be present at the time of opening. Early Ambsh - Allows sers to verify that the facility is safe by reqiring two passcodes. The control panel sends a dress event if the ser does not enter the passcode a second time after inspecting the premises. Easy exit control The control panel changes from one On (armed) state to another On (armed) state withot trning off (disarming) the system. For example, if yo change the state from Part On (Perimeter Arm) to All On (Master Arm), the control panel complies and reports the change. Easy Exit Control redces the nmber of keystrokes, simplifying system operation. Programmable passcode-controlled men list Passcode-controlled shortcts provide sers only with the options and information pertinent to them, simplifying system operation. Flexible control The system provides the flexibility to choose added convenience or high secrity. For example, yo can restrict to a keypad's immediate local area trning on (arming) and trning off (disarming) the system with a passcode, even if the ser has access to other areas. This is particlarly sefl for high secrity areas, where a ser may have access to the area, bt wold prefer to only trn off (disarm) the area individally rather than with the rest of the system. Another option is to program the system to trn off all areas the ser can access from any keypad. Monitor Delay While disarmed, this featre sends a brg spervisory report to the central station receiver if a point is falted for a configrable amont of time (for example, a door left open). System sers The system spports p to 32 sers. Each ser can have a personalized passcode, a wireless keyfob, and a credential to control the system. User passcodes contain three to six digits. Yo can assign passcodes to one of 14 cstomized athority levels in each area and can be restricted to operate only dring certain times. Programmable primary and secondary langage by ser and keypad; select from English, Spanish, French, and Portgese. Schedled events (SKEDs) The internal clock and calendar start individally schedled events (SKEDs). SKEDs perform fnctions sch as trn on or off, relay control, or point bypassing.
