Enclave Printer Enclave ENCLAVE N-CLASS
This manual s objective is to familiarize clients with the operating procedure for the GDP range of Autoclaves 1. Enclave N-Class (12/16/22 Litres) 2. Enclave B-Class (12/16/22 Litres) 3. Encalve Elite It offers to the operator information that will allow him/her to obtain the best results in any step of the Sterilization. Following the given procedure will extend the eqiupment s lifespan Most of the biosafety information included in this manual was based on publication from reliable proferssors, providing you directives for complete safety and correct sterilization. Ant sort of damage due to negligence, misuse, non-authorized repairs, physical damage etc. will void your product s warranty. For reference, A warranty certificate is attached at the end of the manual. Please fill that form and return it to the company address. GDP Enclave comes in two major autoclave classes 1. Enclave B-Class with 6 Vacuum Cycles and Dry Cycle. 2. Enclave N-Class with 3 Thermal Purging Cycles and Dry Cycle.
Autoclaves work under pressure and high temperature and must be handled by skilled and trained operators who are well educated on how to properly operate the autoclave. It is Fundamental that each operator reads the complete instructions manual prior to the us of ENCLAVE Autoclaves.
The autoclave must be installed on a flat surface. The drainage point should be within 1.5 meter of the autoclave, or a bucket for collecting water should be placed near it. It is recommended to leave some space around the autoclave for ease of handling. Check the identification affixed on the back of the autoclave (Pic. 01) Make sure that the electric voltage is correct. Warning! Not using the correct voltage and amperage can cause serious damage or malfunction to your Autoclave. Dibya Industries India, It s Distributors or Dealers will not be liable for damage caused by improper and/or inadequate voltage/amperage.
Safety Release Valve (MCB) 1. DRAINAGE INSTALLATION The Enclave Comes with a drainage pipe and a connector elbow nozzle for installation. Connect the nozzle at the External Exit firmly and place the end of the pipe into a sink. Warning! The drain pipe should not be dipped in any stagnant water, nor should it have any form of bending. Make sure that the drainage pipe is installed without bends and out of stagnant water. The extremity of the tubing must be free of any obstruction. Drainage Pipe Drain Connector

d. Press the Start and the autoclave cycle initiates. Now the whole operation is completely automatic and requires no supervision. CYCLE-INFORMATION For ENCLAVE B-CLASS Autoclaves :- Switch on the Enclave and Power ON the MCB, you will get a message as given in the picture. Put your instruments inside and close the door. Press Start button. A) Pre-Heating Cycle will start to create pressure inside the chamber. The pressure gradually increases along with the temperature. B) 1st Thermal Purging Cycle is started at 95 C to purge out the air and steam with great force, to forcefully throw out air. Cycle Time : 60secs. C) 2nd Thermal Purging Cycle is started at 110 C to further push out air inside the chamber with the steam. Sudden release of pressure purges out the remaining air left. Cycle Time : 90secs. C) 3rd Thermal Purging Cycle is started at 115 C to saturate steam inside the instruments. Any air pockets left inside are completely erased. At this point only steam remains inside the chamber. Cycle Time : 90secs. D) Heating Cycle initiates with dynamic real time control of heater power to perfectly manage the temperature inside the chamber. E) At 121C the Sterilization Cycle starts and the heater power is constantly regulated to accurately maintain the parameters of Sterilization. The power consumption is extremely less compared to conventional methods. Cycle Time : 16Mins. Note: If you don't need Dry Cycle, then you can press CANCEL here to take out the sterilized instruments.
F) At the end of Sterilization, a buzzer sound is made to indicate the end of sterilization cycle. All the water and steam, is purged out through the drainage. A message for Sterilization Completion will be displayed. At this point, you can CANCEL the cycle if the Dry-Cycle is not required. Buzzer Time : 30Secs. G) Dry-Cycle Preheat starts and the heater starts heating the drum to 140 C. Dynamic power delivery is given to the heater, which leads to a much lower power consumption and prolonged heater life. H) Dry-Cycle starts at 120 C to completely dry the sterilized instruments. Temperature in the chamber and time will be displayed. Cycle Time : 16Mins. I) End of Cycle is displayed on the LCD. Now the instruments are now completely dry and sterilized. They are being kept in a sealed chamber and as long as they are in the chamber they are sterilized. PRESS CANCEL and wait for 60Secs to normalize the chamber pressure. Open the door and remove the trays through the tray holder. Switch off the Enclave Autoclave. NOTE!: The Autoclave should be turned OFF if not in use. Total Cycle-Time ~ 1 hour 5 mins. NOTE: Wait for atleast 30Mins for consecutive cycle in Enclave.

Power Cutoff /Faulty Valve and there is pressure/vacuum in the chamber. (60Secs) Remove the hose at the drainage exit from the back. Check the drainage pipe for any bends, obstructions. Check wether the pipe is in any stagnant water. Check if the pipe/hose are blocked. Clean the pipe and hose, reattach and check again. The pressure release valve at the back is provided for such an emergency. Pull the ring at the back for 30Secs to normalize the pressure inside the chamber, Then you can open the door. THE ENCLAVE T
