As always, we are committed to delivering healthy and attractive plants to meet the needs of our landscape and retail customers. Fall vegetable plants may be available by the time this catalog lands on your desk. You and your customers can rest assured, none of the edibles we grow are from GMO seed. Fresh for fall plants, in a wide array of glorious colors, are found right here at Tatterson Greenhouses. Our selection of mums, pansies and violas, snapdragons, and ornamental cabbage and kale is a mix of the new and the tried-and-true. As always, we strive to deliver the healthiest and best performing varieties on the market to our customers. We have revamped our form to include all the varieties for the entire season so that our customers can always see what s in store. Plants that are ready to ship will be clearly marked on the form. Our aim is not only to provide you with plants currently available, but also to assist you in planning for the weeks ahead. The form can be best accessed through our web site. Terms and Conditions Wholesale Office Hours: Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, weather permitting, year round. We offer extended hours during the height of the rush season. Want to see our plants before you order? Walk-ins are welcome Monday- Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If this is not convenient, please call to schedule an appointment. How to order: Call 1-800-752-3807 (from VA, D.C., and Maryland) or Fax to (804)725-3960 to place an order. All customers must complete and sign a Credit Application and Customer Agreement before their first order can be processed. Please request our weekly fax for our most accurate and up-to-date availability. We suggest pre-booking orders for poinsettias early in the season. Plants are held on a first ordered basis. A restocking fee of 20% will be given to any quantities committed and held past December 3 and not shipped. Prices: Prices are for the trade only and cancel all previous lists. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Terms: 2%/10 days (cash or check only) Net 30 days are granted to companies who complete our Credit Application and Customer agreement, have sufficient credit history and capacity and maintain a suitable payment history. Cash on delivery (C.O.D.) or prepayment are the terms to all others. All balances not paid within 30 days from the date of delivery are subject to a 1½% per month finance charge (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE OF 18%) with forfeiture of discounts, plus all costs of collection including attorney fees if incurred. Payments will first be applied to finance charges, then to invoice balances. $50.00 fee on all NSF checks. Overdue accounts may revert to C.O.D. status. We cannot ensure the conditions a plant receives after it leaves our facility, therefore we are not responsible for the survival of our plants after the product leaves our care. The customer agrees that the limit of liability of Tatterson Greenhouses, Inc. for all claims of loss or damage due to any cause shall not exceed the invoice price of the goods.
