GENERAL Instrument and Control Panels 31-10: INSTRUMENT AND CONTROL PANELS 1. General A. Instrument Panel A Garmin Primary Flight Display (PFD) is mounted in the instrument panel. The Engine Start Controls are located on the pilot's side of the instrument panel below the PFD. The landing gear selector handle, display backup mode pushbutton, and BARO knob are located on the center panel between the PFD and MFD. B. Circuit Breaker Panel Primary system circuit breakers and audio jacks are located on the LH and RH side of the cockpit for easy access by the pilot and co-pilot. Additionally, a circuit breaker panel is located in the nose and baggage compartment. C. Bolster Switch Panel A switch panel located in the bolster panel below the flight instruments contains the ice protection system switches, probe heat switch, bleed switch, oxygen switch, exterior light switches, battery switches, and generator switches. The bolster panel switches are illuminated in the on position. The lights are powered by 28 VDC supplied through the 3-amp INSTR LIGHTS circuit breaker on ESS FC2. D. Overhead Emergency Control Panel Engine fire, cabin pressure, oxygen mask microphone, and ELT switches are located on the overhead emergency control panel. 1
