If the emergency services are required, they will be sent to you urgently. Our Monitoring Centre will quickly and efficiently assess the situation and will call whoever is required. If paramedics are needed, our Monitoring Team will pass on any relevant medical conditions, allergies or medications and Keysafe details so they have all the information they need when they arrive at the scene. Easy installation guide Step 1 Fix the base onto the desired surface using the enclosed assembling parts. Don t want to use screws? You can use heavy duty velcro! Step 2 Connect the 9V lithium battery with the battery clip and insert it into the battery tray. Step 3 Place the Smoke Detector in the base and lock it by turning it gently clockwise. Step 4 Test the detector is working by pressing the button for 1 second. If the set-up is correct then you should hear the alarm going off.
