COST FACTORS IS THE IDENTIFIED SOLUTION VIABLE FROM AN ECONOMIC POINT OF VIEW? we are unable to assess (considered horizon 15 20 years) In Prague all traffic infrastructure design and construction financed from Prague Magistrate budget directly through different agencies or Prague Public Transit Co. Following transportation services are ordered and payed from Prague Magistrate budget too Other possible source of financing state subsidies EU funds, but Prague is a region with higher GDP rate (125+%)

GOOD PRACTICES APPLIED P12: Planning of infrastructures and services (Barcelona Spain) PRO2: PDM as a tool for sustainable mobility improvement (Almada Portugal) Highlights: The preparation and financing of proposals for the rational use of roads and public spaces, in aspects such as parking, pedestrian areas and the introduction of reserved lines for public transport or bicycles, without prejudice to autonomous and local competences. Promotion of the culture of sustainable mobility among the public. Preparing the investment programme over periods of several years, proposing the Infrastructure Financing Conventions to be signed... Including planned traffic infrastructure into the Master Plan.

GOOD PRACTICES APPLIED Inspiration Board of Management and Mobility Council Existence of the Mobility Council of the MTA as the body for consulting and civic and social participation in the operation of the MTA. ONGOING ACTIVITIES Detailed analysis of the survey A detailed study of the transport solution for whole Suchdol Formulation of procedures and recommendations for key partners (Suchdol, Prague 6, Ropid, Prague Magistrate, Central Bohemian Region, neighbouring municipalities) based on experience and GP of Barcelona

NEXT STEPS Short-term goals Incorporation of a process key unifying partners for short-term (1-3-year) planning of an activity - mutual consultation, preparation of procedures addressing short-term major transportation events of extreme passenger load (enrollment, conferences, final exams) Incorporation of output into the master plan Long-term objectives Harmonization of strategic documents in the horizontal (e.g. Magistrate <-> Suchdol) and vertical (e.g. Prague 6 - Suchdol) directions Constructions implementing the solutions of public transport linking the Prague city center to Suchdol
