01. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 01. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS STANDARDS TO FOLLOW It is important for your safety that these instructions are followed. Keep these instructions in a safe place for future reference. The ELECTROCELOS S.A. is not responsible for the improper use of the product, or other use than that for which it was designed. The ELECTROCELOS S.A. is not responsible if safety standards were not taken into account when installing the equipment, or for any deformation that may occur. The ELECTROCELOS S.A. is not responsible for insecurity and malfunction of the product when used with components that were not sold by the them. This product was designed and manufactured strictly for the use indicated in this manual. Any other use not expressly indicated may damage the product and/or can cause physical and property damages, and will void the warranty. Do not make any changes to the automation components and/or their accessories. Keep remote controls away from children, to prevent the automated system from being activated involuntarily. The customer shall not, under any circumstances, attempt to repair or tune the automatism. Must call qualified technician only. The installer must have certified professional knowledge at the level of mechanical assemblies in doors and gates and control board programmation. He should also be able to perform electrical connections in compliance with all applicable regulations. The installer should inform the customer how to handle the product in an emergency and provide him the manual. This device can be used by children 8 year old or older and persons whose physical, sensory or mental capacities are reduced, or by persons without experience or knowledge if they have received supervision or instructions on the use of the device in a safe manner and understood the hazards involved. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be carried out by unsupervised children. Before installing, the installer must verify that the temperature range indicated on the automatism is appropriate to the location of the installation. Before installing, the installer must verify that the equipment to be automated is in good mechanical condition, correctly balanced and opens and closes properly. 02. OPERATOR 03. PRE-INSTALLATION TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS The FLAMA is a fire curtain constructed in galvanized steel, with white lacquered profiles (standard production). Power Supply Power RPM Noise Force MOTOR 230 Vac 50 Hz 60 W 10 RPM LpA < 60 db (A) 120 Nm Working temperature -25 C to 55 C Protection grade IP 55 Working frequency 50 % RECOMMDATION In order to the FLAMA work correctly, before the installation it is important to take into account the following parameters: Read all the steps at least once, in order to learn about the installation and configuration process. Check the horizontal ground alignment, so that the door can be installed properly. Make sure there is adequate electrical protection against short circuits / power surges and grounding in Electrical Board. Be careful in the event of handling directly the control board. Improper handling can damage some electrical components. Make sure you have prepared all the necessary materials for the installation. Evaluate the security devices to be installed. This will ensure that unexpected accidents do not happen. Use appropriate screws to the place where the components of the FLAMA will be fixed. It is very important that all precautions are respected! Only in this way it can be assured the proper functioning and durability of the FLAMA! INSTALLATION FIXING THE LATERAL GUIDES FIXING THE SAFE PROFILE Before proceeding with installation, should check that if all the measurements are correct, taking into account the installation location. It is also important that the installation site is properly leveled, since only then will it be possible to ensure the correct operation of the FLAMA. It should be completely against the wall and the guides. 02 Tighten the lateral guides to the safe profile, taking into account the 3 holes in the guides. DETAIL A FIXING THE MANEUVERS BOARD 01 Temporarily place the maneuvers board in the location you want. Adjust the positioning until it is possible to connect the motor with the control board. 02 Make markings and proceed to the drillings. 03 Apply the maneuvers board to the wall and fix it completely by tightening the 3 screws. 01 Place the lateral guides on the wall, totally aligned with the passage span (see detail a). 04 To conclude, add a gutter to line the cable from the motor to the maneuvers board. NOTE Gutter not included in kit. 02 Confirm the leveling. 03 Mark the 5 existent holes on the fixing plate. 04 Make the drill on the wall. 05 Direct the guides, apply and tighten completely. 6A 6B

Up Stop Down Setting Reset 01 Connect the 230V power and turn on the battery. 02 Press the Setting button until LED1 lights up (blue light). 03 Press the Up button until the door reaches the desired point for the aperture. 04 Press the Setting button. The LED1 will blink once, confirming the success of the opening limit switch programming. 05 Press the Down button until the door reaches the desired point for closing. 06 Press the Setting button. The LED1 will blink once, confirming the success of the closing limit switch programming. NOTE Even if you do not consider it necessary, we advise you to set an intermediate limit switch. 5 Setting 1 Reset S6 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15INTERMEDIATE 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 POSITION 2 3 4 5 This function allows you to set the delay time for the door closing. In case of a fire ON alarm, the door does not close at the moment the alarm is triggered, allowing people to leave the local safely. The time is set by the user, being that, we advise that the time should be based on the self-protection measures of the building. 1 2 1 01 Connect the 230V power and turn on the battery. 02 Press the Setting button until LED1 lights up (blue light). 18 03 19 Press 20 the 21 Stop 22 button 23 to start programming. 04 Press Up/Down to add/remove seconds. Pressing the Setting button confirms and advances on the numeric panel. NOTE To remove the delay time of the fire curtain in closing, set values to zero. 8A 8B

05. SETTINGS LIMIT SWITCHES PROGRAMMING WITH INTERMEDIATE STOP 06. AUXILIARY INFORMATION MANUAL OPERATING MODE It is possible to use the fire door in manual mode. To do this, access the inside of the maneuvers board and slide the door operation switch (page 7A). From that moment, it will be possible to open and close the door using the up and down buttons. ERGY FAILURE LED1 The fire door is equipped with two batteries. This means that in the event of a power failure it is possible to open and close the door by 50 maneuvers. When there is a power failure, the door closes automatically. To open the door, press the outer button. Status Follow the delay time setting on the numeric panel. LED-6 VISUAL AND SOUND ALARM The manuevers board has a siren and a flashing light. These 2 components act to signal the existence of a power failure or the operation of the fire alarm. They work simultaneously with existing alarm/protection systems in the building. TEST FUNCTIONS Up Stop Down Setting Reset 5 Test limit switches After programming the limit switches (p 8A), open and close the door completely. Check if the stop occurs in the locations you have programmed. 05 Press setting button. The LED-6 will turn on (green light), confirming the success of intermediate position programming. 06 Press the Setting button until you see the value you set. Test fire alarm Set the switch to On and the alarm will has to fire. Test fire alarm If enabled, the door will delay when the closing is activated. Test two-stroke closing If enabled, the door will close halfway, delay a few seconds, and close completely. After the alarm is activated, press the outer button to reset the control board and the door returns to normal operation. 9A 9B
