Chocolate Mousse Ingredients 100g chocolate 15ml water 3 egg yolks 3 egg whites A pinch of salt 5ml oil 15g grated chocolate 1) Melt the chocolate in the MicroCook 1L with 15ml water (1min 600 watts). 2) Beat the egg whites firmly in the Speedy Chef with a pinch of salt. 3) Whisk the egg yolks into the melted chocolate and gently add the whisked egg whites little by little into the preparation. 4) Oil the inside of the Molding Tower. 5) Pour the chocolate mousse into the Molding Tower. Use the Silicon Spatula to help spread the mousse evenly. 6) Stack the Molding Tower, seal the top, and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before unmolding. 7) Serve with chocolate flakes made using the Peeler.
