Juniors (18 13 years of age and Youths 12 years and under) may enter any class, but they must write Juniors/Youths on their entry tags visibly so that their arrangements can be judged separately from the advanced arrangers. 5. A card of intent may be included with an arrangement as an explanation of the arranger s interpretation of the theme or class title. 8. No one but the exhibitor may touch or move an arrangement. However, in special circumstances, if all effort to locate the arranger has failed, the arrangement chairman may carefully move an arrangement. 9. First, second and third place will be awarded in each class. ARS Certificates or Rosettes will be awarded to blue ribbon winners only. An arrangement incorrectly placed in a class will be judged in the class in which it is placed. 10. The preparation area will be available and open at 1:00 a.m. on Saturday September 21. Entries will be accepted until 9:30 a.m. Judging will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. 11.
