2 Stainless steel wall-hung closet BSNZ 01 is a stainless steel wall-hung closet in matt finish and anti-vandal form. It is made of stainless steel of 2 mm thickness, sitting and bearing parts are of 3 mm thickness. The edges of the sitting part are rounded to foreclose any injury of the user. The whole closet was designed in a way to minimize the possibility of self-injury wilful brakes of arms, fingers, etc. The closet does not include any parts, that could be demounted (e.g. the sitting board). Longer version for handicapped people (BSNZ 01 INV) is offered as well. BSNZ 01 (INV) with its anti-vandal design is intended mainly for prisons, diagnostic establishments, psychiatric medical institutions and other institutions where higher resistance against wilful damage is important. Water outlet is standardly led down (on request possible to the left/right side or back side of the closet). It is made of stainless steel of 2 mm thickness, sitting and bearing parts are of 3 mm thickness. The edges of the sitting part are rounded to foreclose any injury of the user. 4 Flushing system of closets BSAZ 01 is an anti-vandal flushing system for installation into the wall. With its sturdy construction the flushing system is intended for force flushing of closets in the areas with higher danger of wilful damage (public restrooms, prisons, etc.). The flushing system is built-in the wall (in the installation box) and from front side is covered by a robust stainless steel plate (3 mm thick), including also anti-vandal push-button. The front panel is screwed by means of safety screws (can be screwed out only with special tools) to the installation box in the wall. Function of the flushing system: After pushing the button, the electromagnetic valve is opened water under pressure starts flowing for the period, which is preset by owner. For another flush, it is necessary to push the button again. Should the push-button be wilfully arrested in pushed-down position, the water will not flow after the first flush. The system is also equipped with forced pause which means that after second flush the system will not react for some preset time. Therefore, constant wilful flushing and needless water spending is prevented. 5 Anti-vandal shower control BSAS 01 is an anti-vandal shower control system for installation into the wall. With its sturdy construction the system is intended for controlled water consumption in the areas with higher danger of wilful damage (public showers, prisons, etc.). The mechanism of BSAS 01 is built in the wall (in the installation box) and from front side is covered by a robust stainless steel plate (3 mm thick), including also anti-vandal push-button. The front panel is screwed by means of safety screws (can be screwed out only with special tools) to the installation box in the wall. Function of the flushing system: After pressing the button the user will get the preset amount of water. The water flow stops automatically after the preset amount is used up. Should the push button be wilfully arrested in pushed-down position, the water will not flow after the first cycle. The water amount is preset by the owner, not by the user. 6 Token-operated shower control BSZA 01 is an automatic token-operated shower control set for installation into the wall. With its sturdy construction it is intended for paid water take-off in the areas with higher danger of wilful damage (public showers, prisons, etc.). Front side of the automat is made of 3 mm thick stainless steel plate including anti-vandal stainless steel cover of thermostat. Assemblage and anchorage is realized through the wall. Tokens in the automat are accessible from the back side. All water connecting parts are included in delivery. The shower arm (e.g. anti-vandal SP 2) is necessary to order extra. Function of the shower unit: After inserting a token, water starts to flow. The user operates the shower by pressing a START/STOP piezo button. The user is given notice by the interrupted water flow that the showering time is getting to its end (1 min. before the end). 7 Token-operated wall-hung shower unit BSZA 02 is a token operated shower automat indended for assembly onto the wall. Shower panel is made of 2 mm thick stainless steel and does not include any demountable components. No mechanic lock, which could be damaged or opened, is contained either. Storage tank for tokens is opened electronically by means of electromagnetic lock. If the lock is locked, it is not possible to demount the shower panel from the carrying frame. Function of the shower unit: After inserting a token, water starts to flow. The user operates the shower by pressing a START/STOP piezo button. 8 Stainless steel urinal BSTP 01 is an integral stainless steel urinal with a built-in capacitive sensor. This sensor generates a signal that is analyzed by the electronics, opens the electromagnetic valve and operates the flushing of the urinal. After 6 hours inactivity the urinal flushes itself. The flushing system is protected against mechanical damage, even wilful, because all components are placed under the cover of the urinal. Battery supplied version of BSTP 01 can be manufactured on a request. 9 Stainless steel urinal troughs BSPZ 01 is a stainless steel wall-hung urinal trough in anti-vandal version. BSPZ 02 is a stainless steel wall-to-floor urinal trough in anti-vandal verison. Urinal troughs are made of 2 mm thick stainless steel AISI 304 and have sandblasted matt finish. To order, it is possible to use 3 mm thick stainless steel. BSPZ troughs are equipped with stainless steel flushing nozzles. Delivery includes complete water connection material. Connection is possible from both sides (pipe plug included). BSPZ trough is delivered in four standard lengths, any other required length possible to order. 10 Automatic anti-vandal washbasin BSAU 01 is a sensor controlled anti-vandal washbasin. Because of its sturdy design, it is intended mainly for installation into the walls of the penitentiary facilities and everywhere where high security standards of hygienic equipment are needed. After inserting hands into the inner area of the washbasin, the infrared beam is disconnected and the electronics turns the water on. Water runs for preconfigured period of max. 30 sec., which prevents constant water flowing if the sensor is wilfully screened for longer period. 11 Anti-vandal stainless steel washbasin BSAU 02 is a vandal-proof washbasin intended mainly for installation into the penitentiary facilities and everywhere where high security standards of hygienic equipment are needed (e.g. highway lay-byes). Main advantages of BSAU 02: all the components are located under the stainless steel casing (including siphon and water inlet) water outlet is made from thick stainless steel pipe which is not possible to bend or break off by standard instruments water dosing is controlled by electronics. 12 Anti-vandal tap for washbasins BSAU 03 is a vandal-proof tap for washbasins intended for installation into the wall. The user can adjust water temperature by means of thermostatic valve equipped with anti-vandal stainless steel cover. The outflow arm is made of 2 mm thick stainless steel which ensures high vandal resistivity. Cover plate of the tap is made of 3 mm thick stainless steel and is screwed by means of safety bolts to the installation box in the wall. Water flow is operated with the push-button on the cover. After pressing the push-button the user gets the prconfigurated amount of water. Should the push-button be wilfully fixed in the push-down position, water stops flowing after the preset amount of water is used. Water amount can be preset only by the owner (not the user). Safety combi set with closet, washbasin and fountain BSK 01 combines closet, washbasin and fountain in one compact set. It is designed particularly for modernization of the prisons, dagnostic establishments and other institutions where security is paramount. Operation of toilet, washbasin and drinking fountain is independent and it is possible to use all three appliances at the same time. All three appliances are easily operated by separate safety press buttons that are connected to the electronics. The elecronics ensures that the water flows only for the preconfigured period of time and not longer, even when the button is pressed. Each appliance can be set up for individual distribution of water which brings remarkable water savings. Entire set is manufactured from a high quality stainless steel of 2 mm thickness. Anti-vandal design and stainless steel durability warrants long service life even in the toughest environments. Sandblasted finish ensures easy cleaning and maintenance of the set. There are two easy methods of mounting the set to the wall. The first method is anchoring the set from its sides to the wall by safety screws. The second method is anchoring the set through the wall.
