The transportable MP Armektron Mobile milking system for sheep and goats is a functional and effective milking solution for moving livestock units with a large number of animals. The product aims to facilitate the milking so that any movement of the herd does not require any change to the flow of the daily tasks and the animal program and of course to ensure the safety and health of the herd. MP Armektron Mobile has a special design so as to combine the advantages of an integrated parlor in the space of a mobile platform. It integrates a stall with individual feeding troughs, side doors, a feeding tank, an automatic feeding mechanism, liners and milk claws, a milk receiver, electronic pulsators, a vacuum unit, a washing system, and can include a generator in case there is no power supply. The MP Armektron Mobile transportation platform can be of open or closed type. The difference lies in the side walls which are raised to provide protection against the sun. Any MP Armektron model (Fast 4 All, Smart 4 Small or Fixed 4 Start) that fully meets the needs of each unit can be installed on both types of platforms. Easy transportation, smooth entry and exit of animals in the parlor, automatic washing, fast and safe extraction of milk as well as minimization of human care are some of the main advantages of MP Armektron Mobile. 2

Feeding tank Feeding tank, approximately 0,03m³ per position, pneumatically operated with air cylinder 40x200mm and metal flaps for precise dosage (corn: 100gr approximately, mix powder: 70gr approximately). It can be combined with chain transport system for food. 4

Animal s comfort Animals remain calm and relaxed during milking, thanks to the possibility of supplementary feeding, thus offering increased milk yield and reduced milking time. Air cylinders (2 for each stall of 12 positions) pull up the stall at 90 smoothly allowing the animals to leave. The structure consists of rounded parts in order to avoid injuries. Servo regulator Stabilvac SEPARATE permits the installation of the sensor near to the terminal unit and the valve close to the vacuum pumps, in order to obtain the maximum possible vacuum accuracy and quietness in the milking parlor. When completing milking procedure, air is pushed through the system, completely emptying the delivery line from the milk pump to the milk tank. 9

A properly installed balance tank provides vacuum level accuracy and stability. Waterproof electronic pulsator LE30 Designed to minimize vacuum consumption and ensure excellent vacuum stability. Low electrical consumption to reduce the risk of oxidation of electrical contacts and save energy. Completely sealed to ensure total protection against external moisture and water. If milk escapes into the pulsator, clean water may simply be flushed through the pulsation tubes, without having to dismantle the unit. Milkplan assumes no responsibility for any changes made to the original design of the installation location and the instructions given for electricity, water supply, etc. without consent. The customer is obliged to be present during the reception of the products. If the customer notices any kind of problem, he has to contact Milkplan immediately. The company is not responsible for any kind of problem, occur during unloading of goods.
