Keith's Ice Cold Lemonade Stand Sincerely, M&M Lumber 918-627-1926 MarketReport: Market Update: Gypsum: Thegypsum market has no changes with little movement in price. Roofing: Roofing prices are steady with quick lead times. Thiscould change should hail or storms hit the US. Thefelt market is steady.

Page 3 of 9 Rebar: The rebar market is steady but is trying to firm up. There is still a lot of rebar at the ports but not much new rebar being shipped from Turkey. Mexico has not been in the market with the new duty in place leaving Turkey with the majority of rebar to come in via ships. There was an announcement lastmonth from Gerdau - $1.00/cwt increase on rebar on June 2nd. The USmills are wanting to take advantage of the duty and price increases in the market on import bar. Lumber: Well maybe it is going to dry off a little bit. It also looks like everybody is getting their vacations out of the way. The lumber industry as a whole alwaysseems to take a break in June typically vacation and weather put a bit of a slow down in most contractors schedules. It looks like the mills are preparing for a run in supply needs after the 4th of July, this meansthere is the potential for short supply put this on top of already limited semi truck andqualified drivers and you have a potential run in price...we will just have to see. M&M Lumber will be dropping 2x12 #3 doug fir. Right now we only have 8' in stock and we do not planto reload any lengths. When needing 2x12, #2 will be the grade we keep in stock. GPannounced last week that they are finalizing plans for a $55 million investment in their Gurdon Lumber and Plywood operations in Gurdon, Arkansas expanding their production capacity by 60%. Some of the funding would go towardscompliance with the Clean Air Act Standardsother funds to increase their kiln and production capacity. Plywood/Panels: Adequate supply due to new production hassustained the lower trading range. So far, thereare no summer curtailment announcements.the market is starting to firm up and prices are starting to creap just a bit. This summer, quench your thirst at M&M Lumber where we are hosting Keith's Ice Cold Lemonade stand benefiting The Little Light House! On Wednesdays, starting June 18th - August 20th we will have a tent set up with Keith's Ice Cold Lemonade! The Little Light House will have volunteers in our parking lot along with a tent giving out Chick-fil-a iced tea and lemonade for free! Donations are accepted and will raise money for The Little Light House to make an addition to their current school in order to help more children with special needs. Come visit us on Wednesdays and have a cold lemonade! Click here to visit their webpage. Facebook Updates Get Social with us!! Are you on Facebook? If not, this is what you're missing:

Page 4 of 9 Plumb Creek Timber Company had an explosion and fire June 12th at their Columbia Falls, Montanafacility that will suspend production for about 30 days in their MDF plant. Other Vendors: -We have seenmany instances of longer wait times of material due to the trucking shortage. With this shortage, several vendors have reimplemented afuel surcharge to their invoices. -Norton Abrasives has announced a price adjustment effective July 1. Most items have increasedbetween 5-12%. -NewellRubbermaid, the company that owns Sharpie, Irwin, Rubbermaid, Lenox, and 10 other companies areattempting to merge their warehouses of Irwin into Rubbermaid's facility in Atlanta to help streamline their operations of receiving andshipping. Why is this important? This warehousemerger could be a fiasco in receiving material for a bit till they get the merchandisemoved. Hopefully not... -Per ISC Surfaces, Wilsonart will be implementing a price increase for some items effective July 16th due to the cost of phenolic resin. Pricesthat will increase include Wilsonart HD at 3%, GP Grade at 6-10%, Post-forming Grade 5-8%, VST Grade 5-8%, and Speciality/Dec Edges 6-8%. -BuildersEdge, aka Tapco, will implement a 4-6% price increase June 16th citing raw material prices that have increased along with higher freight costs. -Fiberglassdoors have taken a significant price increase of10-15%. Posted 5-28-13: For those of you who know Sean, he sits on an ergonomic ball chair...until the ball decides to pop...then you get to sit on the floor! Oops!! Posted 6-13-14: For those of you who have a pool, kids, and lots of wettowels and swimsuits this summer...this projectis for you! This PVC rack will hold towels, floaties, swimsuits and more that need to dry out after a great afternoon in the pool. Come visitus and we will help you get enough T's, angles, and PVC pipe! M&M Lumber 50th Anniversary! With M&M Lumber celebrating our 50th Anniversary, we thought it would be fun to get some thoughts from some of the second and third generation family

Page 5 of 9 members of their memories of 'Growing up M&M Lumber'. This month we will hear from Whitney McKellar. Whitney McKellar & Sean Stevens Whitney and Sean both work at the lumber yard. Whitney buys much of the hardware for the store, dabbles in HR, accounting, and front counter sales when needed. -What do you think was the most fascinating product at M&M you can remember? It was a big deal back in the 80s that we got a Pickle Packer from the John Pickle Company that would compact cardboard boxes. I thought that was so cool! Thinking back now, it was crazy that the colorant that was used to mix Colony paint, was chalk in a canister. It seemed like we were constantly refilling the chalk trays with the 1"x1"x4" canisters and dusting the canisters. -What memories do you have of the employees at M&M Lumber growing up? Inside the store, it used to be so smokey! There were many of the guys that smoked and at the time (70s and 80s) you could do so in a public building. I loved the guys at the front counter that would blow up balloons and make animals by twisting them together. The guys out back taught us to put a penny on the railroad tracks and have the train come by and squish the penny to where you couldn't even tell it was a coin...they also showed how they had forklift operating skills by picking up a penny Posted 5-31-14: Habitat Blitz 8 Families + 8 Houses = 16 Days! Per Habitat: Day #1 ofthe Super Blitz went so well - we had plenty of volunteers and we were able to put up the wallsand trusses to all 8 homes!!woohoo! Join in the Facebook fun: https://www.facebook.com/mmlumber Did you know? M&M Lumber prides itself on stocking a lot of items needed in your project. There are lots of times we hear 'I didn't know you had that' or 'not everyone carries those'. Here are a few items you may not know we carry: -100' Temporary String lights. 100' 14/2 grounded safety strip cord. 10 medium based sockets. 10 heavy duty plastic cages. Sockets spaced every 10'. Bulbs not included. -E-Z Tape Flame Fighter Tape is used in place of regular drywall tape and fiberglass mesh. This version is

Page 6 of 9 from the ground with their forklift by backing up and flicking it up on their forks. -What would people be surprised to know about M&M Lumber? The spot where M&M Lumber currently is located was a train stop back in the 60's called Alsuma. It was where M&M Lumber had a rail spur and hired the folks of Alsuma to unload by hand rail cars of material and then the material was driven to the store's location at 42/Peoria. -How has the lumber yard changed over the years? Back in the 70's, 80's and till the mid-90's all the invoices were done by hand. Charge accounts had a metal credit card like plate with pertinent information of the account that was swiped and imprinted on each invoice. Those invoices were extended out each night for product that was bought and the invoices were filed daily for the customer. On Saturdays us kids would watch Saturday morning cartoons and file tickets from the previous week. The computer came along in the 90's and helped modernize the store. Today we have invoices that are emailed or faxed at the time of the sale. Inventory is kept in the computer and ordered online. Signatures are captured on a signature pad and we don't have to file invoices each night on a ring to have a control copy. Statements are sent via fax and email with the touch of a few buttons which has cut back on the time spent on the first day of the month. -What funny stories do you remember? If you are a new guy working in the yard, Bob Berryhill would make sure you went searching for a board stretcher and/or sky hook. Everyone was in on it and you were sent all over the yard looking for them. If you don't want it to snow for a couple of years, let Charles buy a couple gross of snow shovels! He must have gotten a good deal because we had them for several years. -What memories do you have of Grandma & Grandpa McKellar? Grandma used to do the books on a huge spreadsheet that was the size of blue prints today. She would keep track of accounts receivable, cash flow, inventory, etc on them daily. specifically designed for firewall construction. Flame Fighter Tape has passed the full scale tests for one-hour fire rated, vertically or horizontally hung wall systems, on both wood and steel stud construction with fire rated gypsum board. (Flame Fighter Tape is not rated for ceilings). -1/2" 4x8 Homosote. 440 Soundbarrier building panels control sound in floors, walls and ceilings. 50th Anniversary Drawing Winners The winner of 4 tickets to the Drillers baseball game.

Page 7 of 9 After Grandpa retired he would come up to the lumber yard every day for a cup of coffee and walk around a few times. He would constantly tell us how we were price wise on light bulbs, caulking and other items. -What did M&M Lumber teach you growing up? Work ethic. I learned early on that this company was similar to an assembly line and that everyone on the line had an important function. From taking an order, to pulling the order, to loading or delivering an order, to returning anything on the order, and making sure we had the products that people needed for their orders. If there was a weak spot in any area the whole system was stressed. It was important to know that you had to pull your weight and do what you were supposed to do to keep the system flowing. LumberYard News: What is happening around M&M Lumber? The winner of a recipt saw. Feedback Are there items that you need that we don't stock? What are those items? We appreciate your business as well as your feedback. Join Our MailingList Click here June Birthdays Please wish a very bigh Happy Birthday to: Kenny Michalczewski June 4th June will mark the anniversary date of employment with M&M Lumber for the following employees: Roscoe Baldwin 35 years!! Steve Clark 21 years! Toby Geltz 3 years!

Page 8 of 9 New Items: -We have received many new items in the garden hose aisle. We have many nozzles, sprayers, sprinklers, hose couplings and connectors. QRScanner -Need some redwood stain? We now have Ready Seal's redwood stain in stock. We also keep Ready Seals' natural cedar and pecan in the gallon containers. -Did you know we have access to 2x2 and 2x10 cedar? Did you also know we could get 5/4x6 cedar decking? We have samples of the 5/4x6 decking under the front counter with our samples as well as on the south side of the counter with the composite decking samples that we have redone.
