Familiarize yourself with the parts in the package by comparing them to those listed on the PACKAGE CONTENTS page. The Paxcess POWER WASHER requires some minor assembly. You ll need a screwdriver to install the extension handle, high pressure hose hook, hose reel, and the gun saddle. NOTE: Some parts may or may not be already assembled.

Package content: Model C: 1. Power washer unit 2. Power cable hook 3. Nozzle cleaning wire (may be taped to the manual) 4. Quick connector 5. Gun holder 6. High/low pressure nozzle 7. Spray gun 8. High pressure hose. 9. Handle 10. Hose reel handle 11. Hose reel 12. Hose support 13. Pressure hose clip 14. User manual 15. Screw (maybe taped to the manual) Model C

UNPACKING & ASSEMBLY Snap in place and screw handle and high-pressure hose hook to pressure washer for model A/B. (Fig.1), Install hose support to the hose reel, and then snap in place and screw handle and hose reel, then install hose reel handle to the hose reel, it will lock into the handle with a click for model C (Fig.2), place the screw in the holes provided in the package, screw them together.do not use a power screwdriver, when the screw is completely tight, give a final small clockwise twist of the screwdriver. Do not over tighten. The hose will rest in this hook after using for storage. Fig.2 Slide the gun holder onto the left side of the washer when facing it. This does not require any screws. (Fig. 3) Slide the power cable hook on the side (Fig.4), this does not require any screws. Please wrap the power cord into this hook after using each time, to keep it in a drier and safer condition. Fig. 3 Fig.4 Fig.5 High Pressure Hose Connect one end of high pressure hose to pressure washer machine water outlet by inserting the brass metal tip of the high-pressure hose into the fitting just ahead of the trigger guard. It will lock into the pump water outlet with a click (Fig. 5). Connect the other end of the high-pressure hose to the spray gun by inserting the brass metal tip on the high-pressure hose into the fitting just ahead of the trigger guard. It will lock into the spray gun with a click (Fig. 6). NOTED: Confirm the hose is locked into the spray gun and pump water outlet by pulling slightly on the hose. The hose is now securely attached to the spray gun and pump water outlet.

To release the hose from the spray gun, press the button on the underside of the gun toward the trigger guard. The hose will slide out from the connection (Fig. 7). You can use the same way to release the hose from the pump water outlet. Fig.6 Fig.7 Spray Gun To lock the trigger of the spray gun point the gun away from you and press the lock button forward to the front of the gun, (Fig.8), after doing so, squeeze or pull the trigger to make sure it is locked and will not move. Always leave the lock button in lock position when not in use. This ensures the gun is in safe mode until it is ready for use. Press the lock button back to unlock (Fig.9). Fig.8 Fig.9 NOTE: The trigger lock prevents the trigger from being accidentally engaged. Lance

While the spray gun is in the locked position, insert the lance into the end of the spray gun by inserting and pushing together turning clockwise simultaneously, it will make a click sound when firmly in place (Fig. 10). To remove push together and turns counter clockwise. Fig.10 Noted: Remember to always push the safety lock button to lock the trigger when changing lances, to ensure that they do not accidentally eject with force during removal. Noted: Remember to always push the sliding button of rotary function to lock position when changing lances, to ensure that the gun does not rotate meanwhile. Rotate the collar to the direction of arrow clockwise for low pressure, counterclockwise for high pressure(fig.12) Noted: Remember to always push the sliding button of rotary function to lock position when changing lances, to ensure that the gun does not rotate meanwhile. In high pressure mode, rotate the nozzle collar to change it from a fine point spray to a windy fan spray(fig.13) Fig.13

Noted: Remember to always push the sliding button of rotary function to lock position when changing lances, to ensure that the gun does not rotate meanwhile. When using the turbo lance, make sure the nozzle is snapped on tight at the end of the lance, each time you use it. The Turbo nozzle is designed for high impact cleaning. Only use on hard surfaces such as driveways, cement surfaces, patio bricks, etc. Always test a small area to avoid chance of damaging the surface. (Fig.14) When using the detergent, fill it with a properly formulated detergent or cleaner with water ratio according to instructions on the container(fig.15).the detergent tank comes with a straw which is fitted into the screw-on top. If you don t see the straw, look inside the tank and attach it to the screw-on top, close detergent tank when done filling. Fig.15-1 Fig.15-2 IMPORTANT NOTE: Please rotate the high/low pressure nozzle into low pressure mode when applying detergent function. When removing the detergent tank removes the lid and place finger on both sides of the bottle and squeeze to get past the knobs on each side and pull out, press down firmly when putting it back in place. The power washer will pull a ratio of water to detergent of 10:1 or 10 parts water to 1-part detergent.

Garden hose Adapter Attach the garden hose adapter(gha) to the end of the garden hose(fig.16). Remove the plastic shipping cover on the water inlet on the back of the power washer, and attach the QC clear adapter to water inlet, screw it up clockwise m, hand tight is fine(fig.17). Slide the garden hose adapter collar onto the QC clear adapter(fig.18),it will click into place. Fig.16 Fig.17 Fig.18 The water is now connected to your power washer. Turn on water. To remove the water hose, simply pull back on the blue collar and it will slide off the clear adapter. Note: this can be done at any time. Water will not come out of the garden hose as the blue/black collar has a water stop check valve. Water will only flow from the garden hose when it is connected to the clear adapter. You have now completed the assembly of your POWER WASHER and are now ready to begin using your electric power washer. Read and observe all safety instructions. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS * Turn on the water supply at the faucet. * (Fig.19) WARNING: If Connection Is Made to A Potable Water System, The System Shall Be Protected Against Backflow. Fig.19 Fig.20

Powering Up Make sure the ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position. The power switch has international symbols for on and off : On ( ) Off(O), (Fig.20) Unwind the power cord completely and plugs the GFCI into a grounded 120 volt outlet. Press the reset button on the GFCI (Fig.21). The indicator window should show a red color. This must be done each time the unit is plugged in. Fig.21 Fig.22-1 Fig.22-2 Release the safety lock button on the spray gun by pressing the safety lock in the back under the handle(fig.22).while pointing the spray in a safe direction, squeeze the trigger on the spray gun until there is a steady stream of water, letting the water and air out of the hose. Press the button in front to lock the trigger. Turn the power switch to the ON ( ) position. The unit will turn on for 1-2 seconds and shut off. This is a normal function of the (TSS) auto start feature. Squeeze the spray gun triggers to begin pressure washing. Squeezing rapidly will cause the (TSS) feature to miss an on/off cycle that may prevent from turning on while squeezing trigger after rapid squeezing. Use slow deliberate trigger pulls to avoid such symptoms. How to Clean Cleaning nozzles and water filter A clogged or partially clogged water filter or nozzle can cause a significant reduction of water pressure coming out of the nozzle and/or cause the unit to pulsate while spraying. Turn off the unit Turn off the water supply to the unit

Relieve any pressure trapped in the hose by squeezing the trigger 2-3 times, and then lock the spray gun by pushing the lock button from left to right. The water filter was installed inside the QC clear adapter, should be cleaned periodically. Rinse it with clean tap water, and then place it back into the adapter (Fig.23). Using the nozzle tip cleaner provided (or an unfold the paper clip), insert the wire into the nozzle hole and move back and forth until debris is dislodged(fig.24). Back flush water through the nozzles using a garden hose and highest pressure available (either standard water nozzle or use your thumb over the nozzle to create water pressure for back flush).
