S E C O N D A N N O U N C E M E N T Corporate Peer Review Seminar 26 th 29 th November 2018, WANO Paris Centre, France The Corporate Peer Review (CPR) Seminar will be organised by WANO Paris Centre. As a consequence of post-fukushima recommendations and WANO PC Governing Board policy, each WANO member company must host a CPR each six years. This seminar provides the background necessary to prepare for and conduct a CPR. Topics Participants will engage in active discussion with the WANO CPR assessment managers and senior managers from companies that have recently hosted a CPR. The meeting topics will be as follows: Corporate Peer Review Process Overview Corporate Peer Review Lessons Learned The Company Perspective Developing a Corporate Self-Assessment Plan Common Corporate Areas for Improvement and Strengths Developing a Corporate Area for Improvement Objectives of the Workshop Provide to member companies that will host a CPR, information and advice on the CPR process, on the Performance Objectives and Criteria (PO&C s), and feedback from previous CPRs to support them in their preparation. Break-out sessions Breakout sessions will be used to allow time for structured interaction with colleagues and to develop a corporate preparation plan for each company. Target group Managers at Corporate level, i.e. Head of Fleet Management, Nuclear Safety, Engineering, Human Resources, Communication departments, and future host peers and host interface representatives. Participation is limited to three participants per company. Arrival and Departure Participants should arrive at the hotel before 18 :00 on Monday. A get together, including a light buffet, will take place at the SOFITEL Paris La Défense, France (www.sofitel.com) 33, Voie des Sculpteurs, 92800 Puteaux from 19:00 to 21:00.
