The successful TSM series has now been supplemented by the tsi series with improved design but additional machine sizes. With the development of the world s largest tumbler screening machine tsi 290 and some related, patented innovations such as segmented screen inserts, Allgaier has extended their technological lead even further. Unique motion pattern Options During adjustment of the machine to the product a ded tangential and radial inclination will be fixed. The radial inclination transports the product from the center of the screen outwards, the tangential inclination causes a circular motion. The superposition of both motions results in a helical movement of the particle across the mesh cloth. The robust machine The largest machine The machine for demanding applications 4 A specially designed, robust version has been developed to meet the requirements of the minerals industry. This model provides optimum performance in the processing of gypsum, ground rock and sand. The tsi 290 is our largest tumbler screening machine. With a screen diameter of almost 3 metres, it offers an increased screening area of 20 % as compared to the TSM 2600. In many cases, this and the low overall height makes the tsi 290 the most economical solution for the expansion of plants where the performance of a TSM 2600 is no longer sufficient. The stainless-steel version meets the highest requirements of the chemicals, pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries. This pays back quickly, particularly when handling high-quality bulk materials, since the proportion of incorrect grains in the various fractions is reduced. In addition to the examples shown here, we can select the correct solution to almost any screening problem from a wide range of possible combinations.
