Identity: Coastal Living Kitchen & Bath This identity was created for a remodeling company in Florida. The main concept of the identity was to represent living on or near the beach and the lifestyle that comes with that. The logo represents a view of the beach, creating a horizon line which represents a sand dune and the O of Coastal Living representing a rising or setting sun, depending on which coast you live on in Florida. The Kitchen & Bath, LLC represents tall grasses. The color palette was an intuitive choice, choosing colors that kept with the representative pieces of the logo. Using a thinner typeface and increasing the tracking creates a light and airy feeling to the mark, an idea that is carried through to the rest of the pieces.
Identity: Jerry Harris Remodeling This identity was created for a remodeling company in Tidewater, VA. The main concept of the identity was based on the design style of Russian Constructivism, an artistic and architectural movement of the early 1900 s. This was accomplished by using a san serif font and blocks of solid color to build the image of a hammer. In keeping with the Constructivist theme the logo was set on an angle, which also gives motion to the hammer head. The colors chosen were pulled from the Tidewater area, a mix of Williamsburg blue and Carolina blue with a cool grey to act as shadow. By using the triangle at the bottom of all of their marketing materials and vehicle graphics it adds another graphical element that ties the identity together and gives a solid base and structure to the pieces. The triangle also mimics the same angle as the logo.
Pocket Folder & Step Sheets: Case Design/Remodeling This marketing piece is used as a client leave behind that the sales staff hands out to potential clients at the end of the initial consultation. It is packed with information about Case, market statistics, homeowner benefits and more. There is a business card slit for the sales person to slide in their business card. This piece was designed to match Case s current consumer branding campaign, Clients for Life.
Scope of Work Brochure: Case Design/Remodeling This brochure was designed to match Case s current branding campaign. The piece was produced to be customizable for each franchisee, using the company s online media builder program. A franchise partner can choose which images they would like to have in the piece, and can also add copy to specified editable text fields. This allows area-specific information to be expressed within a unified campaign.
www.casedesign.com: Case Design/Remodeling This site was a redesign to match Case s Clients for Life branding campaign. The scope of work also included the design and programming of the site for SEO and a backend CMS. A new feature to the site was a unique and in-depth project portfolio section, with multiple shots of a project as well as before photos and a brief description. By rolling over the photo it shows an image zoom overtop of the project description block. Other features of the site include a blog and a video section.
