GARRETT & KATY Six years ago, Garrett and Katy purchased their home in a hurry as it fit both their budget and need for a main floor master. Katy was grateful for their purchase, but did not think they would spend more than a few years in the home. It did not have the style or function they needed. Six years and two boys later, they are still in their dated 1990 s home and Katy is ready to move! She feels they need updates throughout the whole house plus they each need a dedicated office. Garrett, however, never wants to leave. He frequently travels and loves coming home to his quaint, friendly, neighborhood and cul-de-sac. He thinks it is perfect for their sons, plus it is in an exciting area with rapidly increasing property values.
