House built in 1935 on.22 ac lot on a nice, quiet street in a well established neighborhood. Rehab Overview Property was in need of extensive interior and exterior renovations. A new roof with new exterior stucco and extensive landscaping were needed The kitchen was completely renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops, and appliances.
