The podium comprises grounded and chiseled elements that separate to reveal the internal amenity of the building, while the upper levels are restrained in their aesthetic and set back from the street creating a truly impressive structure. SLEEK SOPHISTICATION The entrance of The Lincoln offers a grand sense of arrival, setting the scene of luxury and elegance as you walk into the lobby.

The lobby features specialty light fittings by internationally renowned Australian lighting designer Christopher Boots. This lighting continues at each residence s front door, a feature unique to The Lincoln. The design of the apartments showcases a fresh and timeless style. We ve created calm, easy, and highly livable spaces designed to support the urban lifestyle for which South Yarra is widely known. CHRISTOPHER BOOTS Key to our response was to address the need for a luxurious, yet warm approach to lighting. The design is timeless yet contemporary, discreet yet noticeable. Christopher Boots is driven by a love of nature and light, expressed through creating beautiful, unique lighting. Trained in Industrial Design, Christopher Boots has a background in product design engineering. All products are hand made in Melbourne, using a variety of techniques from a team of artisans. The underlying ethos of the studio is to mix materials and processes, experimenting with techniques old and new.
