The GALAXY is combining excellent bleaching and washing results with high productivity and lowest water, energy and chemical consumption. Its strength is the most costeffective continuous treatment of all kinds of circular knitted fabrics at production rates of 300 to 1000 kg per hour. The modular design of the GALAXY allows the combination of various components to realize the optimal configuration for customer specific needs. The modules Demineralization The demineralization prepares the fabric for the following bleaching. Harmful minerals from the cotton are removed. Features thorough impregnation with ballooning system adjustable dwelling time (up to 10 min) thorough removal of various oils, as well as iron, calcium and magnesium low water and energy consumption relaxed fabric transport Pad Steam Bleaching The steamer is designed as a 3-tier or a 1-tier, depending on the required capacity. Each tier is equipped with a transport table for gentle fabric handling. The steaming time can be adjusted between 15 and 30 min. The steamer is operated with saturated atmospheric steam. Features controlled fabric passage and plaiting down saturated steam atmosphere (100 C) adjustable steaming time (up to 30 min) transport tables for gentle fabric treatment suitable for full-white bleach
Pad Steam Bleaching compartment including impregnation Washing after Bleaching The newly designed washing compartment is used for various processes like intermediate washing prior to and after bleaching, neutralisation of mercerised fabric before bleaching and washing processes after dyeing. Features relaxed fabric transport long reaction time washing in counterflow indirect heating in each compartment quick bath renewal
Application Examples GALAXY 500 Bleaching range for capacities up to 500 kg/h for full white or half white. GALAXY 1000 Bleaching range for capacities up to 1000 kg/h for full white or half white. GALAXY TUBULAVAR left for optical brightener application right for washing after dyeing and preparation washing of synthetic fibre fabrics. Overall length about 8 meters GALAXY 1000 in classic design with separate compartment for application of optical brightener.

They are easy to use and provide the interface for an optional storage of consumption data. The dosing unit is integrated in the machine control system. Dosing values are automatically adapted to the chosen recipe and according to production speed. Operator mistakes are largely eliminated.
