In another direction we know there are 3500 electric customers, including multiple unit housing residents. Subtracting 363 businesses we get 3,137 (close to 3,080 number above) c. Fiscal year is Oct 1 Sept 30 2. Perkasie ISO (Insurance Services Organization) Rating: Class 4 (was Class 5 prior to re-evaluation after purchase of 2006 aerial apparatus). Highest rating an all-volunteer FD can achieve is Class 3 3. East Rockhill ISO Rating: Class 5 in hydrant areas, Class 9 in non-hydrant 4.
