Tax collector cannot distinguish a residential parcel from a business parcel no exact way of separating the two. a. We do know that of the 2,968 parcels 363 are businesses from Electric Dept. records, and that 475 customers live in multiple unit housing complexes. Subtracting we get 3,080 residential units b. In another direction we know there are 3500 electric customers, including multiple unit housing residents. Subtracting 363 businesses we get 3,137 (close to 3,080 number above) c.
