CITY PLAN COMMISSION STAFF REPORT July 7, 2015 Landscape Plan PROJECT SUMMARY Project: Location: CityLine Market 1405 E. Renner Road Northeast corner of E. Renner Road and Plano Road. Staff Comments: The landscape plan reflects the development of a 4,470 square foot, multi-tenant building. In July 2014, the City Plan Commission approved a landscape plan for the entire CityLine Market development that included the landscape buffer along Plano Road for this site. At that time, due to utility and easement conflicts, the Commission permitted the street trees that are recommended for this lot along Plano Road, be planted within in a large landscape area, north of the subject site; therefore, no additional trees are shown along Plano Road for this lot. For reference, the July 2014 approved landscape plan for the site has been included with this packet. Other than the above referenced relocation of the trees along Plano Road, the design is consistent with City regulations and policies. CITY PLAN COMMISSION BACKGROUND INFORMATION July 7, 2015 Building Elevations PROJECT SUMMARY Project: Location: Staff Comments: CityLine Market 1405 E. Renner Road Northeast corner of E. Renner Road and Plano Road. The proposed façade elevations reflect the development of a one-story, multi-tenant building for a restaurant and a bank. In comparison, with the concept elevations approved with ordinance 4118, on the south side of the building, additional brick has been added to replace glass, to address a requested design change by the future bank tenant. The proposed design is consistent with the concept façade elevations of Ordinance 4118. CPC Action: Final decision BACKGROUND Proposed Design: Building Materials The building is considered 100% masonry, per the building materials defined as masonry in Ordinance 3893. Materials include brick, stucco, and ventilated façade system (metal panels) accented with metal canopies over entrances and drive-through windows.
