Please read this operating instructions carefully before using the appliance, even if you are familiar with the product. This manual provides important safety information and proper maintenance instructions for the appliance. Beware that the nozzle gets very hot during operation. Danger of scalding! Do not come into contact with the discharged steam. Always keep this appliance away from children! During the use of electrical appliances, the fundamental safety precautions, and the following instructions, are always to be considered: 1. Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is switched on. Unplug the appliance from the mains supply socket before each cleaning/maintenance and before you fill/empty the water tank. CAUTION! The safety lid (water fill cap) MUST NOT be opened during use. 2. The appliance must be kept out of children s reach and can t be used by children. 3. In order to ensure safety, the appliance should only be assembled as set out in the instructions for use and connected and operated by following all safety instructions listed in this manual. Use only the accessories, which are recommended by manufacturer or supplied with the product. 4. Examine the appliance before use in order to detect signs of damage. Do not operate if the appliance, its power cord, plug or show any signs of damage. In order to comply with safety regulations and to avoid hazards, repairs of electrical appliances must be carried out by a qualified electrical person only. 5. The appliance must not be operated, if the power cord or plug is damaged. Do not use the power cord to carry the appliance. Ensure that the power cord does not come into contact with hot surfaces. 6. Check the appliance and the mains power cord for any damage prior to use. 7. After use unplug the appliance from the mains power socket. 8. Make sure that the appliance is not tilted over 45 during the operation. DO NOT direct the steam towards any persons, animals, plants or other electrical products. Never immerse the appliance into water.

9. Fill only water in the appliance. Descaler, perfume, detergent etc. should not be used with this appliance. Filling the water tank with anything other than just water can cause damage to the hand held steamer. 10. Filling the water: 1) Unplug the appliance from the mains supply socket. 2) Press the steam button to release any residual pressure. 3) Let the appliance cool down. 4) Press the steam button again to release any residual pressure. 5) Release the safety lid and remove it after about 5 minutes. 11. Warning! The appliance heats up when operating, therefore do not touch the hot surface; touch only the handle or the steam release button. Always let the appliance cool down when removing or attaching any accessories. 12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. 13. Before each cleaning/maintenance unplug the appliance from the mains supply socket and let it cool down sufficiently. 14. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety, children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. 15. The liquid or steam must not be directed towards equipment containing electrical components, such as the interior of ovens. 16. The filling safety lid (water fill cap) must not be opened during use. 17. DO NOT use near sinks, baths or showers containing water or running water. 18. DO NOT leave the appliance unattended when in use, hot or pressurised. Take care that children cannot touch the appliance when the appliance is hot and/or pressurised and make sure they cannot pull on the mains cord. 19. DO NOT use the appliance if it has been dropped or any part of the appliance (including cord and plug) has been damaged. The hand held steamer must be inspected and/or repaired prior to use by a qualified electrical person. 20. DO NOT operate the appliance underneath or near flammable or combustible materials (e.g. curtains, peterol, fuels, etc,). Electrical wiring: The hand held steamer is equipped with a mains power cable with a ground wire, therefore it must be connected to a mains power socket with the ground connection. If unsure please consult an electrician. Never try to modify or change the mains plug of the appliance. Make sure that the supply voltage corresponds to the voltage marked on the rating label of the appliance.

Steam warning symbol: Be careful of hot steam! Danger of scalding. To avoid scalding from hot steam, DO NOT touch hot surfaces or the steam nozzle during or just after use. Functions: This appliance can be used for multiple cleaning purposes and very flexible; in addition you only need to fill it with tap water. It cleans, degreased and disinfects completely without the use of any chemicals (>100 C) and is suitable for use on various materials and areas, e.g. windows, clothing, garden furniture, bicycles, auto, tiles etc. Warning! Never direct this appliance at humans or animals. This appliance is also ideal for disinfecting of refrigerators, baths, pillows and carpets.

Accessories: Brush: for kitchen, tiles etc. Scrubbing brush: for curtains and clothing etc. Be used together with cloth and hose. Window wiper: for window, mirror, glass door etc. Caution! DO NOT use on cold glass directly. Straight nozzle: for joints, shelf etc. Curved nozzle: for toilets and for areas difficult to reach. Hose: Ideal for extension of accessories supplied. Operation: Caution! This appliance should not be used directly on soft plastics, non-pretreated wood and cold glass. Caution! Steam could damage the furniture surface. To ensure it is safe to use please execute a test run in an inconspicuous area first or if unsure do not use. Pay particular attention to the appropriate maintaining notes for the furniture supplied by the manufacturer of the product before use. Assembly: (Do not attach the appliance to mains power until point 7.) Warning! After use press the steam button to reduce the internal pressure sufficiently. Then you can release the safety lid. 1. Release the safety lid. NOTE: The safety lid must be pushed down and turned anti-clockwise to remove the lid. This is a design feature of the safety lid. 2. Fill the water tank with tap water. Please use the provided measuring cup and the funnel. It is recommended that you fill the tank to max. 2/3 full (MAX level shown on the measuring cup).

Note: Never fill with descaler, perfume or detergent into the water tank, this can damage the appliance. 3. Close the safety lid securely by pushing the lid down and turning it clockwise until it is fully tight. 4. Put the desired accessory (nozzle, hose, scrubbing brush etc.) on the appliance: Set the accessory on the connection by matching dot with unlock symbol and press it up to the rubber sealing. Turn the accessory in the clockwise direction (follow the direction of symbol ), until it meet position of lock symbol. 5. The brush and the curved nozzle: The brush and the curved nozzle can be assembled on the housing, with the hose or the straight on the nozzle as shown below. 6. Window wiper: Warning! Do not operate this appliance directly on cold glass. The window wiper must be attached to the scrubbing brush. Assemble the scrubbing brush on the appliance or the hose at first. Take off the cloth from the scrubbing brush and connect the window wiper to the brush by the two hinges (refer figure below). The window wiper can be dismantled easily by loosening the hinges again. Operation: 7. Attach the appliance to the mains power supply and the control lamp should lights up. The appliance will take approximately 3 to 4 minutes to pre-heat and the control lamp should go out. Make sure not to disconnect appliance from mains power or press the steam button during the preheating process. When the control lamp goes OFF the steamer is ready for use. Press the steam button and move it slowly over the surface which is to be cleaned. It is recommended that the distance between the nozzle and the surface around to 2-3cm minimum.

It is normal that the control lamp switches ON and OFF during the process, since the thermostat controls the heating element automatically. Warning! The appliance must not be tilted over 45 C during operation. Never direct the appliance towards humans, animals or plants. 8. Refilling the water tank: During operation, if you want to refill the water tank, first unplug the appliance from mains power supply socket. Press the steam button and release the internal pressure completely, continue this operation for approx. 70-80 seconds, until no further steam is coming out from the nozzle (which means no steam /pressure remains inside the unit). For double safety, please wait another approx. 3 minutes and then you can release the safety lid slowly. After the appliance is cooled down, fill the water tank up to 2/3 full (MAX level on the measuring cup). You can use the provided funnel and the measuring cup. Close the safety lid and attach the appliance to the mains power supply again. Warning! Before you release the safety lid, make sure that the internal pressure is sufficiently reduced. Also make sure to let the unit cool down before removing the lid. 9. After use unplug the appliance from the mains supply socket and empty the water tank. 10. Descaling: In order to maintain the excellent quality of your cleaner, we recommend you to descale the appliance at regular intervals (once monthly). Do not use any vinegar or other descaler for descaling. Fill the water tank only with water. Shake the appliance by hand and empty the tank afterwards. Warning! Never immerse the appliance into water or other liquid. CAUTION! Never leave the unit unattended during use. Storage: Pour out excess water inside the boiler (water tank) after using the appliance. After that, heat up the appliance continuously until there is no steam emit and make sure no water inside the boiler (water tank). Finally store the appliance in a dry place. Maintenance: This appliance does not require any special maintenance. Do not try to repair the appliance yourself. Repairs of electrical appliances must be carried out by qualified electrical person only.
