Innovative and ecological cleaning power from Let s Clean The entrepreneurial story of success of cleaning surfaces, floors, walls and ceilings began almost thirty years ago in Switzerland. In the 1980s inventor, Gottfried Gremminger developed a high-performing yet structure preserving vacuum-washing process. The BlueVac System vacuumwashing system is a machine that does not clean, but washes. The machine s functioning is enduring and ecological using little energy and little cold water, yet being highly efficient. The remaining waste water is ecologically withdrawn by suction and can easily be disposed of. The machine can be brought into operation with only a few steps, and the boot of a car is sufficient for transportation. A multifunctional cleaning concept The concept is easy: connect the water supply to a water tap or a high-pressure unit, connect the BlueVac System to the mains supply (230/240 Volt) and the BlueVac System is ready to start. The cold water is sprayed onto the surfaces that need to be cleaned, be it hospital floors or walls as well as ceilings and swirled by the use of sub pressure. Any surface, no matter how irregular and porous is freed from dirt, salts or any toxic substances without leaving any residue simply sensational. A waste water containers ensure an easy and environmentally compliant disposal of the waste. 95 percent of the washing applications only ask for cold tap water. For the basic cleaning of extremely dirty walls, a little solvent (bleach or any other solvents or chemicals) is applied preliminarily. After the BlueVac Captive Head System s vacuum-washing process, floors and walls are left behind, really dry. The variety of use of the BlueVac Captive Head Vacuum-washing system is broad. Not only floors, walls and ceilings of hospitals and homes can be cleaned, the BlueVac System also extracts the dirt from soiled seats of trams and trains as well as from outer or inner surfaces of buildings. The BlueVac System serves conservators of churches and historical buildings equally well and is efficient for the preparation of restoring frescoes and paintings as well as for stone floors and sculptures. The use of the machines for the preservation of monuments and historical buildings is very common and represents a very important field of application to Let s Clean Pty Ltd. Page 4 of 7
Unlimited range of applications The variety of use is almost unlimited. It really excels in situations where other cleaning systems are reaching their limits. In the field of food and health services, use of BlueVac System ensures a nearly germfree work environment. Post-fire cleaners appreciate the odour neutralisation; the machine has become a part of their standard work equipment, and Facility Management companies enjoy and swear by the diversity of use. The machines are used in power plants, up to the machine- and tool manufacturing including the nanoparticle industry. Mandatory security and quality standards required in these industries are ensured due to the closed circuit of the machines. Maintenance and cleaning crews of public transportation companies in Australia and New Zealand, and numerous hospitals and homes (domestic and abroad) benefit from the BlueVac System s vacuum-washing concept. Intriguing vacuum-system Today there are multiple of setups and tools available: Low and High-Pressure Tools, different container capacity of 30 litres or 60 litres, floor and wall tools with fixed nozzle setup or rotating nozzle mechanism. The solid machine concept guarantees a long-lasting and utterly lowmaintenance operation. The wide operation range of the machines is simply striking. Horizontally, a range of up to 80m can be covered with the BlueVac System s vacuum-washing and vertically, for example on walls and hall ceilings, a height of up to 20m can be reached without moving the machine or losing significant throughput of the vacuum pump. Training by our team can be arranged and instructs professional handling and maintenance of the machine. The machines are in designed and manufactured by Let s Clean in Sydney Australia. Applications What is BlueVac Captive Head Washing System? The BlueVac Vacuum-Washing System is much more than a machine that does not clean, but washes; it is a concept that focuses on sustainability in every regard. It is an energy and water saving machine that can deeply cleanse structures and simultaneously remove soiled, salts, toxic or greasy water while preserving the surface itself as well as the environment. A smart yet simple system: its userfriendliness, versatility and sustainability are compelling. How does BlueVac Captive Head Washing System work? The unique Vacuum-Washing System comes into play where traditional cleaning systems reach their limits. In a structure deep, gentle and eco-friendly way, it cleans nearly each and every kind of surface. Water sprayed on and vacuum-swirled serves to bind and wash the pollution out of most kind of surfaces. Because the dirty water is sucked at the same time, hardly any residual moisture remains. Also, the closed circuit guarantees with dirty water tanks, the proper disposal of contaminated wastewater. Sensitive, water-resistant, finely structured surfaces are hardly loaded mechanically by gentle Vacuum-Washing Process. Vacuum-Washing Aggregates of different sizes allow even capturing angles and corners. Where is the BlueVac Captive Head Washing System used? The BlueVac System is indispensable for the Desalination of Sandstone, Brick and other masonry substrates, the removing of clandestine meth labs toxic residue, the maintenance of public transportation. Soiled seats, sticky handrails, smeared walls and floors after cleaning with the Vacuum- Washing System, the substrates and walls look like new. The ravages of time can be seen on our historical monuments and building too, which appear scarred by gas emissions, soot and weather. The BlueVac Captive Head Washing System leads to a fresh new look without damaging the surfaces. Post-fire cleaners appreciate the odour reduction and cleanliness. Facility management companies enjoy the diversity of use. In the field of food and health services, use of the BlueVac System ensures a nearly germfree work environment. The variety of use of the BlueVac Vacuum-Washing System is broad and almost unlimited. However, it truly excels in situations where other conventual cleaning systems are reaching their limits. Preservation, Renovation of historic buildings Desalination of Sandstone and Brick walls Post-fire cleaning Clandestine Meth Lab cleaning Public transportation, vehicle maintenance Public services and administrations, communal services and schools Cleaning services Food production companies Social and health care: hospitals, clinics, care homes Wellness facilities such as baths and saunas Construction sector, painters and plasterers Graffiti removal Page 6 of 7
Handling is easy and allows an operator work capacity of 30 to 40 m2 per hour on walls and ceilings and of 80 to 120 m2 per hour on floors, depending on the degree of contamination. It requires approximately 60 litres of water per hour. For a larger working radius, the base tube can be extended with multiple 5 m extension tubes. Schematic view of the BlueVac System s function mode Each surface has a different structure in which soil gets settled. The pollution is then bound and extracted out of the structure by water-swirling during the Vacuum Washing Process. After the Vacuum-Wash, the surface is structurally deep clean.
