Land Disturbance Permit Application: A land disturbance permit is required prior to land clearing activities greater than one-acre. The applicant can request a Land Disturbance permit from the City of Holts Summit. Schedule a preconstruction conference with the City prior to the start of land disturbance activity. The land disturbance permit duration and expiration will be dependant on the proposed construction schedule. Generally, the permit will expire within two years.
