They are presented in two different elements: - An outdoor unit (series RSK / ISK) equipped with an axial with free vertical discharge, hermetic scroll-type compressor and electrical panel with electronic control. - An indoor unit or air-conditioning unit (series RCK / ICK) equipped with centrifugal and expansion valve. A vast number of options meet numerous operating demands. All of the units are tested and checked in the factory. SERIES unit AirDuo RSK series: unit cooling-only air-condensed, designed for installation outdoors. AirDuo ISK series: air-air reversible heat pump unit, designed for installation outdoors. unit RCK series: unit cooling-only with horizontal construction, designed for installation indoors or optionally outdoors, connected to a network of ducts. ICK series: reversible heat pump unit with horizontal construction, designed for installation indoors or optionally outdoors, connected to a network of ducts. UNIT COMPONENTS units RSK - ISK - Casing made of galvanised steel metal with polyester paint, grey graphite colour RAL 7024 and white RAL 7035. Self-supporting frame. air - Axial 2-speed (s) directly coupled to the motor (models 90 to 182 wired to high speed). Watertight motor class F, IP54 and internal thermal protection. Dynamically balanced propellers and outdoor protective grille. - Coil(s) with copper pipes and aluminium fi ns. Two designs: Models 90 to 320: Coil in U Models 360 to 600: Coils in V - Condensates drain pan (in models 360 to 600). - Hermetic scroll-type compressor(s) with sound insulation, assembled over shock absorbers. Control of phase equilibrium and the direction of rotation. - Crankcase heater (heat pump units). - Thermostatic expansion valve with external equalisation (heat pump units). - Four-way cycle reversing valve (heat pump units). - Particle separator(s), anti-acid dehydrating filter(s) and liquid receiver(s). - connections for welding. - equivalent length of the cooling line 50m (for longer distances, it is necessary to use an oil separator). Protections - High and low pressure pressostats. - Compressor discharge temperature control. - Non-return valve built into the compressor. - Main door switch. - Magnetothermic protection switches for the compressor(s) and motor power line. - Automatic switch in the control. Electric panel - Complete and fully wired electrical panel. Insulated panel cover to prevent condensation. Protection IP55. - Transformer for power supply without neutral included in the electrical panel. - Main ground connection. - Compressor and motor contacts. AVANT (models 90 to 182) / AVANT+ (models 200 to 600) electronic control This electronic module with microprocessor comprised of a control board and a user terminal TCO ensures the following functions: - Selection of the operating mode: COOLING, HEATING, AUTOMATIC, FAN and DEHUMIDIFICATION. - Modifi cation of the setpoint. - Permanent control of the operating parameters. - View of the values measured by the probes. - Timing of the compressors - Defrosting management (in heat pump units). - Operation of all the stations via the condensation and evaporation pressure control. - Control of the outlet temperature. - Compressor discharge temperature control by probe. - Compensation of the setpoint in accordance with the outdoor temperature. - Timer and weekly programming. - Failure diagnosis and main alarm. - Counters of the number of starts and operating hours of the unit's components. Optional functions: - Humidity control. - Management of thermal free-cooling. - Management of enthalpic or thermoenthalpic free-cooling (only with the AVANT+ version). - Control of the minimum opening of the outdoor air damper. - Control of the auxiliary electrical heaters. - Proportional control of a hot water auxiliary coil. - Control of electronic s. - Detection of dirty fi lters. - Connection to a centralised technical management system (BMS) for supervision. Optionally, this control can have a terminal for pgd1 maintenance that facilitates the initial scheduling of the unit, the modifi cation of the operating parameters and the description of the alarms produced. units RSK - ICK - Casing made of galvanised steel metal with polyester paint, white colour RAL 7035. Self-supporting frame. air - Coil with copper pipes and aluminium fi ns. - Centrifugal coupling by pulleys and belts. Electric motor(s) with tensioner, class F, IP55 and internal thermal protection. Double-intake turbines, with an impeller of front-curved blades. Greased spherical bearings, with no maintenance required. - Reusable air fi lters, assembled on a frame. - Condensate drain pan. - Thermostatic expansion valve with external equalisation (check valve in ICK series). Protections - Main door switch. 6

OPTIONS unit RSK - ISK - High powered axial s. - Electronic EC axial s which adapt their rotation speed to the installation requirements, thereby reducing electricity consumption, the sound level at partial charge and improving the average seasonal output of the unit. - Box with centrifugal coupled by pulleys and belts. Standard horizontal outlet (M00) or optional vertical outlet (M01). In this case, optionally, condensation pressure control can be performed using dampers. - Soft starter of the centrifugal which prolongs the set time. Compulsory for 15 kw and higher motors. - Condensates drain pan in galvanised steel for units with axial (in models 90 to 320). This pan is standard in all units with centrifugal. - Coil protection grille (in models 90 to 320). - Coil with copper pipes and copper fi ns. - Coil with copper pipes and aluminum fi ns with polyurethane and blygold polual coating. - During periods with low outdoor temperatures, anti-frost protection of the electric panel with electric heater. - Electrical power supply with neutral. - Tropicalised electric panel. - Tropicalised s and motors. - Oil separator. - Service valves. - Shock absorbers made of rubber. - Own optional functions of each control (see corresponding brochure) and control change. AVANT Pro electronic control This electronic module with microprocessor comprised of a control board and a user terminal pgd1 ensures the following functions: - The selection of the operating mode and the setpoint: - Permanent control of the operating parameters. - View of the values measured by the probes. - Timing of the compressors - Defrosting management (heat pump units). - Operation of all the stations via the condensation and evaporation pressure control. - Control of the outlet temperature. - Compensation of the setpoint in accordance with the outdoor T. - Condensation and evaporation pressure control. - Daily and weekly programming. - Anti-fi re safety. - Failure diagnosis and main alarm. Optional functions: - Humidity control. - Management of thermal, enthalpic or thermoenthalpic free-cooling. - Control of the opening of the outdoor air damper. - Control of the auxiliary electrical heaters. - Proportional control of a hot water auxiliary coil. - Control of electronic s. - Management of the control of clogged fi lters, air fl ow and detection of smoke and the anti-fi re thermostat. - Measurement of the air quality probe. - Connection to a local plan network thus allowing data and information communication for a maximum of 15 units. - Connection to a centralised technical management system (BMS) for supervision. The pgd1 terminal can be installed over the unit's electrical panel, which is accessible via a collapsible polycarbonate window or remotely with the centralised control of up to 15 units (optional). unit RSK - ICK - Compatibility 1: two CK indoor units with the one SK outdoor unit (model 200 to 360) and a single terminal. - High pressure available. - Soft starter of the outlet which prolongs the set time mainly aimed at installations with cloth ducts. Compulsory for 15 kw and higher motors. - Outlet and/or return air position in the indoor. - Installation outdoors with thermal insulation of the body 10 mm thick, M1 fi re classifi cation. - Thermal insulation of the body 18 mm thick. - Coil with copper pipes and copper fi ns. - Coil with copper pipes and aluminum fi ns with polyurethane and blygold polual coating. - Thermostat anti-frost. - Hot water coil with three-way valve. Two options: Nominal coil for heating in cooling-only units. Auxiliary coil for heating in heat pump units. With this optional the thermostat anti-frost is obligatory as safety system, in case of exterior assembly or with free-cooling, if the unit works with low outdoor temperatures. - Auxiliary electrical heaters. With this option, the air fl ow controller is compulsory. - Condensates drain pan in stainless steel. - Stop-drop in the indoor air coil. Recommended in cases where a high moisture content in the air is foreseen or when the air fl ow is high. - Stop-drop in the outdoor air intake. - Filtration of the outlet air: Gravimetric fi lter G4. Opacimetric folded fi lters F6 to F9 + gravimetric G4. - Filtration of return air (with centrifugal return air ): Gravimetric fi lter G4. Opacimetric folded fi lters F6 + gravimetric G4. - Differential pressostat for detection of clogged fi lters. - Differential pressostat for control of air fl ow. - Smoke detecting station. - Air quality probe for installation in the environment or duct to enable measuring CO 2 and/or volatile compounds. - Shock absorbers made of rubber. 7
