Values greater than $5,000.00 may be determined by the stated value. New Commercial Structure Fees shall be calculated for all plumbing systems and fixtures using the following table. Valuation is determined based on the prevailing fair market value of the materials, labor, and equipment needed to complete the work. The plumbing permit fee is due at issuance.
