It does not cover damage caused by improper use, modification of the unit or attempted repair by unauthorized service centers. No other warranty or representations are made, expressed or implied, no further liability with respect to gas monitors is assumed, in no event shall 3M Canada Company or its agents be liable for damages for any defect, or have any liability or responsibility other than replacement or repair as set forth above. Limited Warranty on Sensors The CSM 5000 sensor pack carries an 18-month warranty from date of purchase. Replacement sensors have the same warranty period as the original sensors, which is based on the date of purchase of the sensor from 3M Canada Company. This warranty does not cover the accuracy of the monitor or the sensor filter. The accuracy can only be ensured by the owner performing a routine test of the sensor s response to gas by exposing it to a known gas concentration.
