An order only goes to the production department after all the design instructions have been prepared. Consistent stock-keeping makes it possible to assemble all the components individually in order to build the required piece of equipment. State of the art computers at every production workplace document the most important information and transmit all the required parameters for every cooler to the controller. The same also applies to liquid waste. In order that it can be returned to the natural hydrological cycle, an enormously high volume of time and effort is required in cleaning it. Protect not only your cooling instrument by using clean water without lime residues along with the correct pressure and a constant temperature, but protect the environment as well. Our program encompasses air-cooled models as well as water-cooled models, with or without active refrigeration units, as a split version or as a portable, complete unit. Then have a look at our system-separators. Our devices have diversified uses. This starts with 180 watt mini units. These are suitable for HPLC, peltier-elements, micro-rotis or to cool soxhlet devices, but also for electrophoresis or to cool analytic instruments such as AAS, ICP mass spectrometers, x-ray diffractometers and even electron microscopes and many others appliances. The COOL-CARE operates on the principle of a circulating cooler. A refrigeration unit cools the circulating water or the anti-freeze mixture in a small container, from where a circulating pump conveys it to the unit which is to be cooled. The filling of the container occurs at the top of the unit, where it easily accessible. The cover can be screwed on. If maintaining the temperature constant within a determined range is more important than water savings, the COOL-CARE is available with a separate heating unit. This portable device is specialized for small cooling jobs. Because of physical limitations, however, the cool water temperature cannot be brought any lower than the ambient temperature. The units can be used very readily with water distillation units or certain AAS units. A pre-requisite for this model of cooling is a permissible water inlet temperature for the unit being cooled, which lies above the ambient temperature. The temperature is controlled via a fan control unit. Our standard range has got a 500 watt and a 3000 watt version of this chiller.
Water- Water chillers System separators» Precise in specialty System-separators 1-15 kw System-separators for Example 30, 50 or 70 kw Water-water chillers (system-separators) from Van der Heijden-Labortechnik GmbH are available in the same performance versions as the standard KÜHLMOBIL but also with much higher capacities. All models are specially designed for the existing water circuits and can be supplied with outputs up to 150 kw. The standard models are all fitted with bypass, manometer and sensor to monitor the flow. The unit switches of if any kind of fault occurs. Temperature control is on the secondary circuit. A motorised valve on the primary circuit automatically regulates the water volume. The stepped motor operates in fine stages to ensure a highly consistent temperature. So that these units can be designed specifically, the following domestic water details are required: Water outlet temperature on the domestic water side and/or the inlet temperature to the cooling unit. The pressure differential over the domestic water circuit How much water is available? Call us! We would be pleased to configure a fitting chiller. Today, many institutes already have their own cooling water supply. This cooling water is generally too cold to cool a laser or an electronical microscope or the water quality may be of a poor quality. The KÜHLMOBIL as system separator is the ideal solution for this problems and it has very small dimensions. System-separators work without compressor and without cooling liquid. Energy is only for the feed pump needed because they use the cooling capacity of the house water system. The feed pumps in the system-separators are very energy efficient and can be steered by I-Phone on demand, if that were speed-controlled feed pumps.
