SUMMARY AND SCOPE OF WORK ZLine Fry Electronics Assembly will be completed from 03/04/2013 to 03/19/2013. 19 stores will be involved in this assembly. You will be installing Grid Walls between aisles of home and office furniture. Some minor movement of the furniture displays may need to be moved. STORE RESPONSIBILITIES Pull product for Assembler prior to their arrival Clear a sufficient workspace for the Assembler to build displays. Designate an area for the Assembler to temporarily place the trash. Assemblers will move trash to the designated area in the back room, but they are not authorized to use the trash compactor or the bailer. Review the grid wall placement with the Assembler Fill out and sign the Completion Checklist once the reviewing Manager is satisfied with the work. STEP 1 UPON ARRIVING AT THE STORE Arrive at the store for your appointment. AM appointments should be no later than 9 AM. o If you re late or can t make it, contact your District Coordinator immediately. The store must be notified and rescheduled. o Sign in to the IVR o Check in with the Store Manager, Furniture Manager or Manager on Duty (MOD). Determine where the store would like you to pile trash o Store personnel will take care of trash disposal but it is IMPACT s responsibility to clear the work area of all assembly debris after assembly is complete. 2
STEP 2 BUILD DETAILS Identify the work area and the product location o The work area will be on the sales floor: store personnel will indicate the designated area. o Ensure that you work neat and clean, keep the aisles free of trash and debris so that the area is safe for customer traffic. o If the store cannot locate product for assembly, contact your District Coordinator. All builds are to be completed the same day unless otherwise specified by your District Manager. o If you don t finish, notify your District Coordinator to schedule a revisit o Stores should not be left incomplete overnight unless remaining items are not in stock, missing or damaged. STEP 3 ASSEMBLY Build the grid walls per the layout below. Install the 2 signs on the grid per the layout below. If the store asks you to build something not on the work order, politely explain that you are only to build the grid walls. 3

STEP 4 AFTER COMPLETING THE BUILD Remove all manufacturer labels and wipe down the product Clear any remaining trash, the area should be as clean as it was when you started, or cleaner. Review your work with your store contact o Review the new displays o Address any issues your store contact may have Once the Store Manager is satisfied with your work, have them complete and sign the Completion Checklist (page 6). o Keep this form on file for a minimum of 90 days. If there are any issues after you leave the store, you may be asked to provide a copy of this document. Sign out of the IVR Report your work the same day that it is completed 5

INSTRUCTIONS TO REPORT WORK Tech Web is the fastest and most convenient reporting method for most employees. If you do not have internet access, contact your District Coordinator for alternate instructions on how to report your assemblies. Do not report your assemblies through the Apollo IVR, only use the Apollo IVR to signin and sign-out of your locations. All assemblies must be reported via TechWeb, called in on the phone to your District Coordinator, or sent via Fax. AUTHORIZATION TO WORK EMAIL Impact, As requested use this email as the Z-Line Designs' request for authorization from Fry's to allow employees from Z-Line Designs and/or Impact Assembly Company to enter Fry's stores and assemble the fixtures for the Home Office Gallery employees) who are doing the assembly will bring the authorization email with them and present it when they arrive at each store.
